NFL 2024 | Lions vs Vikings - Winner takes all

This patriots situation is exactly like when Texans with a coach who knew that he was getting fired won the last game to blow the top pick

Wentz hasn't been the same since he married Meghan.

Can't blame the chiefs for doing it but this is pathetic

Perhaps not that smart by the Pats but it's not like there's a can't miss prospect in this draft and they don't need a QB either. Everyone laughed at Houston a few years ago and they got CJ Stroud instead of Bryce Young as a result of it.

I don't think there's a great QB talent in this draft but somebody would've given up a small haul to get Shadeur.

It wouldn't have been multiple 1sts but would've been beneficial.

Yeah true, it’s disappointing but not the end of the world.

Is Sanders any good?
He's decent but would probably be the 5th/6th QB in last years draft. You just know a QB hungry team is going to fall in love with him during the process.

Having to switch to Sky Sports because my CBS stream cut to a more competitive game wasn’t something I was expecting tonight.

It feels safe now to say the Broncos are going to the playoffs.

Wild that the last time we played in the post season was Superb Owl 50 in Feb 2016.

I fully expect to get twatted by the Bills but delighted with ending the draught, and big props to Bo Nix who I had very little hope for when we drafted him, but becomes only the second rookie QB to lead Denver to the playoffs after Elway.

Can’t believe Paxton Lynch didn’t manage it tbh.

Random question but I’m gonna be in NY this December, so presumably with them sharing the stadium there must be a game on a MetLife every sunday?

What’s the likelihood and potential cost of getting tickets? Anybody know?

I did a game at MetLife a couple of years ago. I was in America for three weeks and the other possible locations for games was Vegas and Philadelphia. Going to the MetLife was by far the cheapest option. Was sat in the second row in the corner and it was only about £50 a ticket. A simple train ride from New York as well.

Seahawks get the win so Geno gets his bonus. Painful to win 10 games and miss the playoffs but still happy with McDonald's first season.

Gonna miss Lockett so much if this was his last game.

That’s encouraging, thanks for sharing.
