NFL 2024 | Championship Day

Helps you make these drives when your tight end catches the football and makes gains after the catch, instead of fumbling it on one drive, and then dropping it in the end zone at the death.

would love to see Mahomes do as much with as little as Burrow or Allen. Maybe he can do a Brady and feck off to a trash organisation and do it there too?
Tbh, Lamar should have thrown fraction of second earlier to Andrews, he might have still dropped the ball on that last pass.

Mahomes is class mate. Let's not get it mixed up.
SBs cant just alone be QBs. The whole unit has to step up, aka our UCL 08 win. Whatever combination works for a team to win . Look at Josh Allen, winning regular season games against Mahomes, 0-4 in post seasons. All of these games he played good/great, but losing crucial plays. First three plays of the last game he could have been picked off at least one.

I'd love to see what Mahomes life would look like if he was drafted to the Jags or some other shit team

Some Eagles went to watch the Lakers at Sixers game last night and stuck around afterwards to get some pictures with LeBron. AJ Brown looks like a high school player next to him ffs

I actually posted that in another place about how AJ is considered big bodied for a receiver and he looks so small when standing next to Bron

You make it seem that Mahomes was drafted by some kind of juggernaut super team. In his 1st season (in which he essentially didn't play) they finished 10-6 and were knocked out in the Wild Card round of the playoffs. The Chiefs had also not been to a Super Bowl in nearly 50 years.

Even this year, their stats are unremarkable. The defense is ranked 9th and their offense is ranked 16th. However, they have consistently been able to win 1 score games with Mahomes coming up with 1-2 plays when it really mattered to get them over the line.

He's not the greatest QB in history. That honor belongs to Brady because of his unmatched legacy. However, in terms of pure talent, Mahomes is certainly the best I've ever seen and I've been watching the NFL an awful long time.

The first real draft boards are starting to emerge. Good year to need a TE (where I expect Denver’s 1st to go), poor year to need a QB or have a top 10 pick that isn’t right at the top. So far there seems to be only 3 blue-chippers at the premium positions: E Carter from Penn State, WR/CB Travis Hunter, and the DT from Michigan.

It'll be pretty funny if the Giants end up selecting Jeanty.

Jerry's been the owner of "America's team" for 35 years. All his success was in the first 6-7 years with the help of Jimmy Johnson or Jimmy Johnson's players. Since going it alone he has won nothing. He's talked a lot about what he's going to do, but for 20 years or more he's hired "yes men" who would basically toe the line. For the last 25 years he's been a rotten owner.

Compared with Dan Snyder, Jerry is a decent guy. The bar is pretty low though.

Jerry is also the owner credited with much of the NFL's global explosion in the mid-90s. He was huge in helping the league implement a salary cap, the Fox network deal which broke the status quo, merchandising schemes, etc. He even had the audacity to counter-sue the league when they sued him over the Nike, Pepsi and other deals around 1995ish. A terrible GM who thrived for the spotlight and credit is still a brilliant mind when it comes to the business side of the sport.

Andrews is a great TE. Should have caught it, but the throw wasn’t great. Also, Chiefs didn’t win shit prior to Mahomes. And receivers-wise, Mahomes didn’t have much to work with last season.

Hoping Warren drops to the Chargers at #22, but would be happy w/ Loveland as well. Fun fact, the DT from Michigan you’re referring to (Mason Graham) played on the same high school team as Tetairoa McMillan (also likely be a top-10 pick and the first “true WR” drafted).

That essentially means he's been great for the NFL, not so much for the Cowboys, especially ON the field. He's a terrible GM (as you point out) and without Jimmy Johnson a lousy owner.
