NFL 2024 | Championship Day

Wow that is such an awful throw by Mahomes. Maybe the worst throw I've seen all season.

Just awful, awful stuff that. YIKES

Ref couldn't wait to bail out another Mahomes misfire on 3th down there.

Mahomes dives and looks at the ref mid air. He knew what was coming

Wow, great catch by Worthy. Then an amazing one-hand tackle by Anderson.

As for the penalty, defensive players know anytime the crown is tipped down they run the chance of getting a roughing/targeting call.

Mahomes throws the ball when the pass rusher is a foot away from him and charging him down with full momentum. Is the guy supposed to just cease to exist at that point or it's a penalty?

I think Texans must start getting 7s up on the board quickly. KC no doubt will shake the rust eventually.
Yep.

I remember a Deshaun Watson playoff game when they started off something like 21-0 including a punt return TD, I believe, and the Chiefs were still ahead by HT.

From 24-0 to 24-28 at half, ending at 31-51. One of the weirdest playoff games ever.

Chiefs have a ton of work to do. Offense not looking good, and Texans defense can capitalize.
@P-Ro , doing okay?

Nah , without defense chiefs will struggle and texans moving to ball nicely so far.

Brilliant drive from the Texans there. Chiefs seems unable to stop the run.

Oh FFS, missed the extra point :lol:

Texans just must get a stop here. Must. And if it were a perfect Q, they’d again take a slow and laborious drive down the field into the 4th.
