I‘m a Washington fan but don’t post in here too much.
I'll put you down as a 49ers fan for now. I've had trudge myself through the despair of the Clyde Edwards-Helaire era and the rebuild of '22. After you've paid your dues I'll consider putting your name alongside mine.
It really seems like injuries have already been insane this season.

Neither really. If I had to pick a NY team it would be The Bills. I used to kinda support the Giants when Manning was there. I'm more of a Brady supporter but now I have to look for another team. Love Mahomes and Burrows but last season I was loving Hurts and the Eagles because he was on my fantasy team. I'm all over the place

Very lucky. Ball being deflected in the air in the backfield and ends up being caught by a receiver. Hardly ever see that. Some of Purdys throws should have been picked but you have smart players like Kittle diving to bat them down.
How the feck is Trent Williams not ejected for throwing a punch?
You should be automatically thrown out of a game for stupidity when throwing a punch at another blokes helmet.

I've never really liked the penalties offsetting. If I made the rules the penalty would be given to the team who suffered the foul first. If it's too close to call then they can offset.

Purdy still doesn't convince me; lots of INT-worthy throws and he can't create anything on his own. Basically just takes what his team and coaches give to him and he does that... fine enough, I guess, but switch him with someone like Fields and we're talking about Purdy as a barely backup-worthy QB and Fields as a top 8 QB in the league.
Not counting Foles which was a bit of a fluke given how late he came in, it's been since 2016 since a true game manager won the Super Bowl and that was off the back of a legendary defense. Not saying it can't happen for the Niners, but if they'll win it it'll be despite Purdy, not because of him.

My dad used to visit family in Denver and got to meet players etc and showed me photos of it when I was younger, so I guess I just started supporting them. I only really properly started watching every week in the last few years. Through the Patriots domination I used to just watch the odd highlights and always the Super Bowl. Watched a bit more when Manning when to Denver and it grew from there.
I’m glad I didn’t start just supporting whoever was flavour of the month at the time though. You can tell how long some people have been fans by the team they support. My only gripe with Denver is the apparel isn’t appealing to me. Neither Navy or Orange are colours I’d wear normally and the logo isn’t great.

With regard to who is better between the 49ers and the Cowboys, Vegas definitely thinks it's the 49ers. Which is a slap in the face to Dak. Or Mike McCartyhy. Or maybe relentless self-publicist Jerry Jones.
