I checked both emails and junk. Didn't receive anything from them. I haven't actually been billed yet for the gamepass despite subscribing last year. It seems those who didn't want it got it whilst muggins here wants it and now has to go get it manually.
I knew about the switch, reading about it on here. Had no idea about the charge on August 1st each year as last year was my first.
Nothing in the junk folder either, checked both my emails. Bah.

Game pass and DAZN were unconnected as far as I’m aware. Surely I should have to consent for my data to be shared with DAZN, a separate organisation, before it is done so? Or do we think legally this is covered by one of the boxes I presumably agreed to around sharing with partners? Or maybe the NFL holds my data before and after (and Game Pass / DAZN are just users)?

I presume you should be able to request a refund, especially if it’s only within a day so far. Getting access to DAZN customer service to actually do so? Well… that might be trickier!

I had this same thought. Every old nflgamepass.com link now redirects to DAZN (cnuts) but googling “ nfl game pass transfer legal” shows a reference to:

Obviously clicking it goes to DAZN again, and I can’t get way back machine to work but yea it seems they had the option in their T&Cs which isn’t a shock I guess.

Game in 40 seems to be gone, and there is no download function.

The thing for me though is that surely there has to be some obligation, if you transfer, to at least provide the same service? To my recollection they never clarified that content would be reduced, never clarified download feature would be gone, never clarified streaming quality change, never clarified games in 40 gone …
Surely that has to be some sort of breach?
@Meller if you struggle with DAZN I would strongly suggest you raise a chargeback with your credit card company (assuming you paid by credit card).
Holy feck, I wish I hadn't looked it up but this Reddit thread on DAZN pretty much covers it all and isn't really giving me much hope. No Chromecast option, 720p (I'm a noob with such things so no idea how bad that is) seems to suck on big TV screens, lagging stuff, only 3 devices which you can assign your Gamepass to, ... This is the one comment giving me some hope:

Hackett is an eminently likeable guy, and very classy. It would have been so good for him to have succeeded.

It's funny because Dan Quinn is amongst the most likeable guys around; that would have been an entirely different direction if he was a serious candidate for the job. I can only guess Payton felt the need to put his stamp of authority over the team above Paton and Russ, and also perhaps forgot he wasn't on Fox anymore.

I’m not sure if he had a particular motivation for it or whether he was just being a knob but it’s not only backfired in terms of the media response but apparently also didn’t go down well in the building, and has almost certainly served to increase the pressure to perform.

Friend of mine got billed 52.99 EUR today because he was Essential last season and the 189 EUR for the Pro DAZN subscription Man, he's gonna have a great experience with their customer service I suppose.

How random. I take it they've just seen the Ryan Reynolds thing at Wrexham and consider it a smart business investment (which it likely will be if Birmingham ever gets back to the PL). Same with JJ Watt and Burnley, although he's always been a massive football fan. Chelsea fan, unfortunately.
