Until Burrow wins a ring or starts doing Superman stunts like the other two guys, this league will be framed as Mahomes vs Allen being the ultimate showdown.

Not sure about that. Burrow is 3-0 v Mahomes and is the most recent of the three to have led his team to the Super Bowl. Allen, despite the hype, still needs to prove he can get to the big game.

Great game and a huge win for the Cowboys. Eagles made far too many mistakes but somehow still stuck around. Injuries the big concern right now. Hopefully we can get one more win and secure top spot

Eagles got pretty banged up in a game they could afford to lose more than Dallas could. I'm sure the Eagles would have preferred to have been blown out and stayed healthy, than run a close game and lose Lane, Maddox and Davis.

Minshew did better than I expected, but he still made some total oddball throws. He's decent but I'm not sure there's many teams he starts for.

Game was basically Madden in arcade mode. Holding calls were lenient to non existent, despite a feckload of holding on both sides.

Minshew was exactly as you described for the Jags too. Way more reliable than Foles and way more elusive in the pocket. I really liked him and hope he manages to land a starting gig in this league at some point.

Madness how quickly Tennessee has fallen off while Jacksonville has overtaken a poor AFC South (partially thanks to a Dallas gifted win). Imagine having two potential division winners this year with losing records and rewarded with a home playoff game. The automatic division winner setup is bullshit.

Mahomes is still an MVP candidate without Tyreek and is making plays other guys not named Allen or Herbert can only dream of. I think the only case you can make in this regard is Chase being such a dominate force that he elevates Cincy.

To be clear, I’m just talking in terms of public perspective for neutral observers. A rematch of the best playoff game in ages involving the most remarkable two young QBs, with the legend that is Andy Reid on one sideline, is what I think people would vote for.

It's a pretty crap game so far...but at least it's close!

Mahomes is the best QB in the league but some people behave like he is playing with high schoolers in his team. He has arguably a top 5 Receiver in the form of his TE and he also has probably the best offensive coach in the league

209 more yards for Jettas and the all-time single season receiving record. Should be easily doable now (albeit in a game more than Megatron did).

He also has arguably the best offensive play designer in the league who pretends that he isn't calling plays.

Well he wasn't in the AFC Championship game then both him and Mahomes overruled a play call from Bieniemy at the end of the half which caused a huge fecking barny and led to the spectacular collapse.

You got me here, he isn't perfect so he must be shit.

Eh? I was just pointing out he often doesn't play call. I do think he's been doing it a bit more this year after that incident though.

It's only a recent thing for him to not call plays 2019 or 2020 100% of the time. Otherwise Reid has spent several decades calling plays and designing offenses and he is one of the best at both.

That’s a blow to one of the top contenders. You don’t often hear of the ACL being misdiagnosed; I thought that was a straightforward test as far as these things go?

Are the dolphins going to blow it? 4 losses in a row potentially and 2 moderately difficult games against the Pats and Jets coming up. That pick was awful.

I really don't get these officials calls on the clock sometimes. Clock kept on running despite the Packers receiver running out of bounds and he was going forwards when he ran out. Takes 30 off the clock for the dolphins.

Has happened a couple of times today.

Would be awful to see the Packers in the playoffs. Much, much rather the Giants, Lions, or even the Commanders.

It's really frustrating. No one really gives a shit when it happens in the first half but when it's 5mins to go on a one score game you have to be sure he wasn't advancing. I assume it's not challengeable too.

Wasn't in the last 5mins
