Cowboys got hosed on the third down play but going for it on fourth down that deep in your territory was madness with how this offense is not moving the ball tonight. No clue why McCarthy didn't challenge that third down play.

Didn't expect this one to be a blowout.

That was crazy, especially as they had time to challenge

Good half but I fully expect our D to drop off a bit so hopefully the offense keeps ticking for another quarter.

No idea. It was so clearly wrong

Cooper Rush finally showing people he is really really really poor at this game

I see there was another game to be in surprise that it might be difficult to win games for the Packers, without a single receiver that is even close to being average at his position.

Those Iggles. 6-0 with a favourable schedule for a good while, and now a bye week to get their banged up o-line back. They need to be putting up more 2nd half points though.

Lazard is decent, but since he's the only one who is decent, he's always going to find himself in double coverage.

He’s a good number 3 receiver or a bad number 2 at best.

He's definitely not WR1, but I'd rank him as a decent WR2. He was pretty good last year when he wasn't the guy getting doubled up on. He's definitely not the guy who will deal with that like Adams was.

Surely they've got the go get a WR now that Cobb is out though. He was in tears as he went to the locker room, makes me think it's not a minor injury.

I could see them making a move for Will Fuller, or maybe a late-round pick to the Panthers for Robbie Anderson. Would at least give them a deep-threat who can stretch the field and help them open up the stuff underneath for Jones, Tonyan etc.

Both underwhelming choices but might help the offence take a small step forward. At this point I'm not really sure there's a great deal they can do on that side of the ball; they really need their defence to step-up if they're to make a deep play-off run.

Particularly unkind man. Certainly no starter but has done what we've needed. Had I been told after the Bucs game we'd go 4-2 I'd have said absolutely no way.

Yeah but I read really fed up with people saying he should be our starter in front of Dak. The hate Dak gets from our fans does annoy me no end.

Cooper is an average back up who did ok but he was playing in a set up which didn't ask him to do very much and the defence was playing at an elite level.

I expect Jerry Jones to act like that as he has always had a problem with Dak but it was getting too much to listen too

Yeh of course. I'm not sure how many actual Dallas fans felt that way though, and how much is was just other fans and writers stirring the pot. Dallas = clicks.

Agree on what Rush was asked to do and, of course, it was structured that way because of his limitations. But he is just a backup after all. Unless you're gunna spend money on a vet (Dalton..) or spend a pick in the draft, he's pretty much as good as you can really hope for.

Haven't been this excited for a bye in some time! 3-3 ain't too bad and the 49ers keep losing.

I mean Dak is what he is. Highly accurate, makes good decisions, never going to elevate an offence. Certainly somebody you can win with and firmly in that tier 2 of QBs, but when everybody understands just how much of an equalizer it is to have a Pat Mahomes or a Josh Allen or a Justin Herbert, it's natural that fans of teams who don't have that elite QB will question the starter at the position when they aren't competing deep into the playoffs year-on-year. When you're a franchise the size of the Cowboys and you've only won 3 post-season games in 2½ decades that's gonna be amplified tenfold.

The fans calling for Cooper fecking Rush to be the starter are clearly in the very small minority of morons who aren't worth paying much attention to.

Oh I know people were stirring too but there were a lot of Cowboys fans giving them the excuse to do so.

I totally understand why people hate the Cowboys and the fan base as there are so many complete idiot's there.

Mostly it's the Texas based ones that are the worst with its our year and everyone else sucks and so on.

I don't know if there is a slightly racist thing there also that makes them hate Dak and go over the top if someone else comes on for him whether it's Rush, Gilbert or even Di Nucci but I totally get the likes of Stephen A Smith and Shannon Sharp taking every opportunity to rub it in when we lose.
