I expect the Rams to win this quite easily. But I’m really hoping for an upset.
Yep.Who is refereeing this one?
And I guess still the same issue of mix and match of the “best” officials, which means they don’t have much experience officiating together?

Or is a personal foul, roughing the feelings? This post is taunting.
CinciI’ve decided I’m rooting for the Rams simply because I cannot countenance “Cincy” being spelled “Cinci”, so the less I see it the better.

Refs would have flagged me after the first one. After 5 I’m probably looking at a 3 game suspensionReported for taunting.

Just get an Uber. What's there to say already at this point?
Still doubting whether to watch this alone or go to the SB party of my home fantasy league. It's either go by car and be the only one not drinking, or go by bike but having to bike home 30min at 4am in the freezing cold. Feels like either way I'm the loser in that scenario.
There are only a few cities in Belgium with Uber and I am not located in one of themJust get an Uber.
fair. What's there to say already at this point?

I think it technically is, but if you are not going from one side to the road to the other completely hammered, they won't stop you when you're on your bike or anything here, let alone fine you.fair.
FYI isn’t it illegal to ride a bike plastered as well? Certainly is here
Has there been many major security issues in any recent bowl? I ask because I can’t remember any.I drive by SoFi on Friday. The perimeter security was incredible, rightly so. Still, a sad state of the times we live in. Fingers crossed security gets the job done today and that the game is the story.
US posters. What's the build up like there? Is it an all day thing (like the FA Cup used to be in UK)?
Got the drink in and some big bags of crisps, will decide the hot food later.
Days holiday tomorrow, hopefully the game makes it worthwhile

To be honest, I'd hype it. Season only last 4-5 months and it's a long wait to the next season start? The pre game show is on since 9 am Eastern time.. The game starts at 6.30pm.. It’s crazy how much hype is on the game
IIRC, the event is viewed in the same light as a presidential event, no flyovers allowed (outside approved military) with a no fly corridor out a bit as well.Has there been many major security issues in any recent bowl? I ask because I can’t remember any.
Think I ask every year but I’m assuming the coverage in the UK is BBC and Sky? If so what are people going for? I don’t mind Neil Reynolds and the guests are usually pretty decent but it’s normally the BBC for me.
Yeah.. There were a couple of ads.. Also some behind the scene ads that I saw..To be honest, I'd hype it. Season only last 4-5 months and it's a long wait to the next season start?
Have they done any special adverts? I remember one not too long ago where a load of past players where 'playing' American football inside. At a party or something?
Shame on you if you don’t mind Neil fecking Reynolds. One of my greatest achievements this season is not listening to one word from that man except his voice in the distance when attending the London games.Think I ask every year but I’m assuming the coverage in the UK is BBC and Sky? I fully get that to be honest. I only asked cos the post I quoted implied that there was a risk that security would overshadow the game. And I get there’s always that risk, but given I hadn’t ever heard of any such issues in the past, just thought it was odd to call it out.IIRC, the event is viewed in the same light as a presidential event, no flyovers allowed (outside approved military) with a no fly corridor out a bit as well.
Don’t think there has been any issues, especially since 1991 when security first got tight.
There's pretty much no reason to watch the Sky coverage. It is really shite and it's a bit of a godsend every year that the BBC get this one game as well.Think I ask every year but I’m assuming the coverage in the UK is BBC and Sky? Rand Paul has called on truckers to blockade Los Angeles & disrupt the SB.I fully get that to be honest. Yeah that’s the two that are showing it.
I always go for BBC. Much prefer their coverage plus no ad breaks.

I remember Reynolds not being liked but not heard much hate recently. Maybe it’s because he’s normally my only option that I’ve grown to accept him. Looks like it’s BBC then. There's pretty much no reason to watch the Sky coverage. It is really shite and it's a bit of a godsend every year that the BBC get this one game as well.
It’s basically a national holiday: gotta get the groceries in early (special orders should have been in by Tuesday), avoid the roads and stores at peak times pre/post game, whatever specialities of the house are probably already cooking, and somebody already forgot the Truly’s and Jager…gotdamnit Jeb you had one job, one job!US posters.
