Was half-hoping this morning to wake up to the pandemonium of a Kneelgate

Christ the KC fixtures look horrible. Tampa Bay, Rams, 49ers, Cardinals, Bengals, Bills along with the AFC West and South.

As a Packers fan I've never been more confident of us winning it all than I am now. If Bak, Z Smith and Jaire are back in addition to the double headed monster of AJ Dillon and Aaron Jones, the receiving core spearheaded by Adams and of course Aaron Rodgers and the immaculate play calling of Matt LeFleur. We are going to be a nightmare to play against. Years of failing at the NFC Championship game are over. The race is wide open this year, especially compared to the few previous seasons.
Brady doesn't have WRs or a good defense. Mahomes looks mortal, doesn't have a running game or defense, Kelce looks older and Hill is injured. The Titans despite being a #1 seed don't look impressive especially on defense. The Bills and Cowboys have blown hot and cold all year long, the Cardinals are limping to the finish line, the Rams have a knack for choking in important moments, the Bengals are inexperienced, the Raiders are just not very good, ...
The obvious one are the Packers for me. Home field advantage (which means very little in the POs but it does for the Packers imo), getting several key players back in Alexander, Za'Darious Smith and Bakhtiari, getting the bye week to heal up, ...
Brady doesn't have WRs
Yeah, bolded parts I agree with but every detail counts in the playoffs. Jaelon Darden and Scottie Miller aren't close to e.g. Beckham/Jefferson or Lazard/MVS as a WR2/WR3 duo. Their D isn't anywhere near as good or efficient as it was during the second half of last season, and I've not read anything about Fournette's and Jones' availability next week either.I think this is only partially true. Yes, they have lost really good players in Godwin and Brown, but it's not like they are without weapons. Mike Evans has put up 1,000 yards again, Gronk has 800 in only 12 games, Perriman and Brate are useful, Scottie Miller can get a a deep play or two, Le'Veon Bell can catch it out of the backfield, etc. Obviously they are not what they were, but Brady has this ability to make the next guy step up.

You just know Brady will sacrifice some goats and Darden pops off in the playoffs out of nowhere.Yeah, bolded parts I agree with but every detail counts in the playoffs. They are lucky that their run D is the best part of their entire game or they would've been in trouble against the Eagles as well, I'd say. And it definitely won't be a walkover.
Didn't expect that after they finished with a winning record

Wonder if Flores was against the trade for Watson...
Wonder if Flores was against the trade for Watson...
Yeah, would have been a disaster, especially since their biggest problem is the O-Line being the worst in the league.Didn’t they have to give up a zillion draft picks and their first born for him? (if he won cases)
They're after Harbaugh

I agree with Zimmer / Fangio / Nagy
But you’ll never convince me that Dolphins sacking Flores is the right move.
- 8-1 since October. Even if against poor teams.
- Swept the Patriots - a playoff team.
- Winning overall record.
All of this with glaring holes in the roster. And effectively a rookie QB given Tua’s injury last year.
It’s a bone head move. But as a Pats fan, all for it!
Which I already acknowledged. But none of this makes it the right move. They drafted the wrong QB and ultimately, it ended up costing Flores his job. The 8 out of 9 wins were largely against weak teams.
Yeah, but they are just one roster away from contending. So it’s all good.Just read that Cousins has a $45m cap hit in 2022
My oh my.
Are they? I think they have good skill positions on offence but that D is going to need a revamp due to age and FAs?Yeah, but they are just one roster away from contending. So it’s all good.
The sack for Flores is really strange.
