Who believes the Cowboys can legitimately make noise in the postseason?

Not me and I'm a fan. Mentally I don't think the players believe they can win against the best teams.

We look great against poor and average teams but once we play a good team then it's like a mountain we can't climb.

I think we are talented enough but can only show it when we are too far behind in the biggest matches.

Perhaps if we did pull off a result and play at our best in the play offs then we could go all the way but I've seen nothing to suggest we can do that

Excluding Tampa, Dak has been dreadful against the decent defensive teams this season. Not sure if that's on him, the protection, lack of a run game, play calls or what but he's been real bad.

So a straight shootout between the Chargers and Raiders.

Good thing the Niners and Saints are playing at the same time. Sneaking into the playoffs at the death would be some effort by Payton and the team.

Just watched All Madden there before Redzone. Absolutely awesome and really emotional!

Kellen Moore is very much a throw heavy OC I know there's talk of him going to the Broncos. Does that suit their style?

I'm not convinced about our O Line it's nowhere near what it was and certainly offers Dak little protection and gives up way to many penalties.

Dak is a strange one and pretty much sums up the team from what I see.

He is clearly talented enough but tends to just struggle at the worst possible times before getting it together a bit too late.

Defence is where we we are best this season Parsons has been an absolute star and he is not the only one in the defensive line that has excelled.

Diggs is getting interceptions if also getting burned a bit too much and we have better safetys now.

For some weird reason it's a tackle for loss, no sack
Perhaps Huntley already becomes a runner once the snap is fumbled, no idea. Hope for Watt he at least gets another one today.

None of these players except Jackson are remotely as good as Diggs.

For instance, Diggs leads the NFL in picks. He has more picks this year than Ramsey, Alexander, Humphrey, White, & Howard COMBINED. He literally reduces the size of the field because opposing coordinators deliberately avoid throwing anywhere near him.

The three current best CBs are Diggs, Jackson, and Oruwariye.
They avoid it so much that he's literally given up over A THOUSAND yards in coverage this season?

I'm sorry but your view on that is just ridiculous, INTs are important and Diggs is an absolute ballhawk no doubt but saying he's anywhere near as good as Jalen Ramsey is borderline blasphemy.

Why are the packers playing their first-team

They looked at tape from previous seasons were the bye was already clinched (article here) and decided it was better to give most players some reps today rather than giving them 3 weeks off before the Divisional Round.

A bit risky but I get the philosophy behind it.

Fair enough - they did feck up in 2011 right enough. Injury to Adams/Bakh/Rodgers incoming.

Great plan by the packers to get fresh and hot for the playoffs

No chance Rodgers stays on much longer
Rocked a few times

He gambles for interceptions. He might give up yards but I think I read he has only given up 4 touchdowns against him.

It depends what you want from your Cornerback. I would argue his interceptions have helped the team a lot more than yards he has given up

Regardless it’s still nonsense to say he’s the best CB in the league.

Diggs still has a higher ceiling he can achieve if he cuts down on some of the things you mention. The most important thing any DB can do is get a turnover and he's far better at it than anyone else in football, and its not even close.

I don’t get the argument for GB starting players. I understand they don’t want to go rusty but is playing a quarter or two 2 weeks ahead of your game really going to prevent any rust?

Has there ever been a more downplayed 1st seed than this Titans team (assuming they win today)?

Realize the AFC has been a bit messy, but they don’t seem to be taken that seriously as a Super Bowl contender.

Well only idiots would say that to be fair. I've seen Cowboy fans saying he is better than Deon because he has more interceptions at the same stage.

Idiots will be idiots.

I prefer to think he will improve his game and give up less yards as he goes on but in the meantime there's no real concern about it
