If they do move the SB from LA then they better keep the HT show performers the same. First time in years that I’m looking forward to the HT stuff, although left shark’s performance will take some beating!

I did read though that this is nothing unusual by the way - that they always plan alternative locations.

He's also released a statement in the meantime. Not sure whether this convo is real of course, but AB seems to have a proper defense case here. That is, for a reason why he went ballistic. Not necessarily that it's the right way to react to such a thing

Explains why he was pissed, justifiably so if it’s the case. But as you say, doesn’t justify his actions!

Bacon cheeseburgers, turbo-charged pickup trucks.
There is not a thing more American than a pick up truck commercial, where the narrator pronounces Toyota in the most exaggerated American way possible, so people forget that it is a Japanese brand.

Certainly during life NFL on US networks when I watch on game pass, they do love their mobile phone network ads as well as their long list of side effects of any medications, which also tend to have stupid names

Ask your doctor about acnefix, and be rid of those pesky spots in no time….

…not suitable for people with names containing a B, or those born in a summer month…

…may cause AIDS

Don’t take Penisenlargonex if you have a cough, sore throat, temperature, headache, ulcers, eye or ear pain, a blocked nose, or hair loss. Speak to your doctor if your penis actually shrinks when taking Penisenlargonex. Penisenlargonex can cause diabetes. Penisenlargonex may also cause an inability to urinate, or non - stop urination. Penisenlargonex should not be taken by women.

Both Brown and Arians sound like 10 year old kids the way those messages are wrote.

AB just going for money, if his ankle was so bad why the feck was he bouncing about as he left the pitch? Absolute dickhead.

The message with the physio? Wtf is he wanting there? The public to be on his side? He asked for half back and was offered it by the look of it.

I know that teams only care about success but it’s pathetic that people like Brown have gotten away with so much shit just because he is good . Even his production hasn’t been anything great but yet he kept getting chance after chance

Wow. There was some speculation that the Bucs were holding on to AB, so another team wouldn't snap him up for the playoffs. I guess that's not much of a concern anymore.
Because his injury no, not because there wouldn't be suitors for his services apparently.

This is an obvious case where talent and production trumps all other arguments or circumstances, for better or worse.

I actually meant that, since the whole walking off thing now looks to be pre-meditated (at least if you believe the licker of toilet seats), then that would be enough to keep other teams away. Maybe I think too highly of desperate NFL teams, though.

Yeah I think you do. You'd think the shenanigans he pulled off during his last year in Pittsburgh, then followed up with the Buffalo saga and his short stint in Oakland, would be more than enough to not even consider him as your player anymore.

Yeah, he still has around 80 yards pr. game in a season without any real consistency. There are probably a couple of GMs who could talk themselves into giving him a shot on a deal based mostly on incentives.

Will be interesting to see how he reacts, when he is no longer wanted in the league. He will turn 34 before the start of next season and injuries are starting to pop up. Most likely it will be really sad.

Sorry to distract from all the gossipy AB talk but can someone who is familiar with the Buffalo Bills this season explain them to me? By every metric they are strong on both offense and defense. But they’re 10-6 and seem to lose to every good team they play (and one or two terrible teams). Have they just been bullying minnows to get their stats up? Please, someone who’s watched them a lot, explain……

Also, are there any Kansas City fans here? Does anyone think they can win the Super Bowl again?

Actually I think it’s a couple things - an inability to win 1 score games for starters. Means they put up good stays but lose. I believe all there losses are less than 1 score this year except the blow out by the Colts.

On the other hand all their wins have been big. I think all by more than a score maybe even 12-15 points or more. They’ve also blown out some bad teams as you say.

I think you’re right too. Those close games have been against better teams. Although I’m not sure that’s entirely true - I don’t classify Pats or Steelers that high. And the Jags are shite. That leaves the Titans, Colts and Bucs. All close games bar Colts. But they’ve beaten the Chiefs, albeit a weaker team at the time. They beat the Saints but can’t remember if that was pre or post QB issues. And obviously beaten us Pats.

Thanks for this insight. I didn’t consider that the losses had all been close.

If you look at the stats, they’re top 5 or top 10 in total offense and defense and scoring offense and defense. I just couldn’t figure out why their record wasn’t better given those numbers. There can’t be many teams that are statistically that good across the board. It’s a good sign for them re the playoffs though.

I think it's probably a toss-up between them and the Titans to reach the Super Bowl from AFC. Much can depend on if Derrick Henry comes back strong for Tennessee. As it stands right now, I would have them as underdogs if they were to reach Super Bowl against the Packers. The biggest concern for the Chiefs is their inability to defend the passing game. It was ugly against the Bengals and Rodgers and Adams could probably pick them apart in their current state.

You’re a terrible person.
