Pats limp to the win!!!

Our D is quite pathetic

Adrian Peterson turning back the clock today. Could wind up with massive numbers if he keeps it up.

I think now is the time to boycott NFL. Everybody do it. This whole taking a knee thing from the last few weeks makes no sense.
Lets boycott until next season...

Yeah, with mounting injuries all over, this is the final straw.

Damn, I was really hopeful of this season.

I think this injury really exposes Packers and the team thats been built up over the years (and how badly they have done to get support for Rodgers since he won the Superbowl).

I can understand your point, but it was just extreme this season. Bulaga and Bakht being out plus their backups, Kevin King, House, Burnett, TyM, Perry....it's near half the 1st team on injured list. Esp with both Linebackers and Secondary out, it was a lost case.

And that hit on Rodgers should be illegal and deserves a flag. After the throw and Barr really drove him into the ground. It was unnecessary and we're paying the price.

I think even with everybody fit, the team struggles in the playoffs against a team with a good defence, because our D is not good enough.
There were times Packers had to rely on trying to get 35+ points to just compete never mind win a game.

Agreed it should be illegal btw. The defender could have just pushed him or eased up. It wasnt, thrown, wham.
It was throw..... .... running.... WHAM!

Absolutely nothing wrong with that hit. He held onto the ball too long and the lineman was coming at full speed and already committed to jump at Rodgers BEFORE he threw the ball. There was no way he could have stopped after that. I mean when you roll under a 300 pound lineman injuries are going to happen. Nothing you can do about it. As for your season, obviously you guys are done. If you make the playoffs, you will be out in the first round.

The only issue with the rule is that it allows a difference in actions outside the pocket. Inside the pocket that hit is a flag all day long. Expect the rule to get looked at in the off season

I think he could have turned it into just a hit rather than a tackle. I dont blame him for going for the tackle cos its allowed, and Rodgers is unfortunate that he went down the way he did.
Ive seen defenders pull up in those situations. But saying that, defender probably gets blasted by his own team / fans / coach if he doesnt do what he did.
He gets flagged if Rodgers hasnt moved out

It was mostly with TT/MM persisting with Randall and Rollins. Both are bust. Rollins especially. And with Williams/Hayward/Hyde laving in consecutive season plus Shields retirement, it was stupidity from TT and really bad team management. House was barely a stop gap.

However I like Kevin King and Josh Jones. Blake Martinez and Jake Ryan have been solid against the run and have taken huge steps. With Perry, Daniels and Clay we have good pass rush. One more FA CB should be the final piece in the puzzle....should have been done last window and we missed it.

I like Hundley. He has potential and if he manages to hold up afloat, he'd be worth a good trade.

Saints now and then bye week with Bears and Lions to follow. Hundley should suffice. Hopefully Rodgers heals fast and gets back for a tail end push.

Oh of course its roughing the passer IF he is in the pocket. But thats the chance QBs take when you leave the pocket. You are less protected by the refs cause its hard to judge hits.

can someone explain whats the difference between the coach being the play caller and someone else being the play caller
Basically means the head coach has delegated the duties of deciding what the offense is going to do to someone else, usually the offensive coordinator. Usually happens when the offense isn't running smoothly.
