I have very little interest in the sport but I’m disappointed that the Patriots didn’t win for some reason.

Be interesting to see where Foles Is playing next year.

If anyone needs a bit cheering up, @Olly last post in the RAWK thread if you haven’t seen it is priceless

Eagles fans hated him early on because he always went against traditional wisdom but the man stuck to his guts even in the biggest moment of his career

He coached a great game. So did the Jags headcoach against the Steelers and Pats, until he started playing too conservatively with the lead against the Pats. It´s something the Patriots actually count on imho. They are comfortable with you having a one score lead, and playing it safe. Cause these bums can only stop a predictable "playing it safe" offense. That´s what they thrive on.

Funny thing is I know a couple Eagles fans that were all "feck the NFL/yeah Trump" back in September. Then the Eagles started winning. Now they're celebrating.

Goodell didn't get booed as much as he usually does. Shit night.

I don’t like the fact that they’re calling them the ‘world champs’

They’re not really are they...

Didn't take long!

I'm really happy for the Eagles.

...We beat them 24-10 though

I will never understand why there were so many Pats fans today. I'd love to know the link between choosing them other than glory.

Hell of a SuperBowl.

Didn't see the classic shot of the two quarterbacks meeting in middle after. Did Brady really feck off away rather than congratulate Foals?

Brilliant SuperBowl.

Btw Brady is still the second greatest American athlete of all times after Ali

Don’t @ me

Was thinking the same tbh....

It's almost amazing how the most American of all events can actually be even more American, but giving the trophy to the owner and thanking "my lord and saviour Jesus Christ for making us the world champions of a national sport" does just that. If they trained an eagle to shoot a black Mexican in a school corridor it would come second to this.

I love it to bits!
