As a Bayernfan, I kind of envy the Vikes for not having to lose the SB at home. This right now hurts so much less.

Its probably easier to take given how one sided the game has been since the thrown interception / pick six.

Yep. But losing is one thing. Losing at the biggest possible stage in your own stadium, that’s just brutal. I’d take a disaster like this over something like 2012 anytime.

Eagles are getting first downs on some they shouldnt be. I cant see Patriots making as many mistakes or having as many missed tackles.

BB and Patricha will drill them to death on the RPO stuff. It likely won't fool NE repeatedly and will force Philly to Plan B/C. They'll probably need to rely on the running game much more and Foles will need to make different reads.

Philly's secondary doesn't impress me as much as say Jacksonville's, which Brady did well against, but they can collapse the pocket. NE probably won't run effectively.

Bottom line is I won't bet against Brady. NE win going away, 31-17.

Well. The Falcons loss last year, I accepted it earlier. Was much easier to take than the losses to Arizona (twice) or the worst one, the Seahawks one.

Also dont see Foles having a near perfect game like hes having now.
Would be great if we get an awesome Superbowl though

The Falcons loss didn’t bother me at all. We never stood a chance and it was clear before the game started. Same with the CL finale 2010. It‘s coming so close and then losing which really gets to you. Like the Falcons had to endure. You could tell all season that they were still trying to shake that loss off.

Since when was Foles a gunslinger
He practiced a lot with his uncle Rico. Really helped his game. Rumor has it that he can throw the ball all over a mountain.

Foles is giving a Top 3 defense work here. He is an extremely capable QB and the only reason for him to not be an established starter is Chip Kelly. The trade ruined his confidence.

They are currently obliterating the number 1 defense in the NFL.

The Pats have the 29th ranked D. Believe me, the Eagles are perfectly capable of beating them.

Jags we're as good as Vikings defensively, with a slightly better QB to boot. Didn't get them nowhere.

Agreed. Last minute losses or losing from a winning positions and letting it go. That hurts.

I think the underdog tag suits Eagles.

And the Pats needed come from behind at home to beat them. So it stands to reason that on a neutral field, the Eagles would have a very good chance of doing better than that.

Superbowl baby . Had lost all hope after the Wentz injury but the next man up mentality of this team is unreal. We will probably get battered but what a season

Eagles have almost all their starters signed for next season but I also heard they were already over next years salary cap based on current contracts.

Vikings have to sort out who they want as QB next season.

When the Bills went to 4 straight I remember some of the players talking about how crazy the first few days after the conference championship were. Trying to arrange super bowl tickets for all their family and some friends. Making travel arrangements and hotels for them. Team helped some for wife/kids but for Uncle Joe, friends, etc you were on your own if you needed more than the allotment you got from team.

Then the work of putting in the game plan started.

So many people doubted the Eagles this season, there were so many articles about how they had an easy schedule and just beat the easy teams and shit. The team as a whole has had an incredible season and have been all around the best team in the league.
