I don’t think I’ve ever seen this many open receivers being missed in a single game.
If the Jax had a capable QB, this would be an amazing team.
Colin Kaepernick for one.

They should go for Cousins. I don't think he's a world-beater but with this defense and that running game, they'd be a big favorite going forward.

Heck, even Alex Smith might be an improvement.
Cousins would give them a guarantee to reach the postseason. They might even be the best team in the league with him. Would be an amazing fit. Imagine Cousins there today. This wouldn’t have been a contest at all.

That hit was brutal, the way his head bounced off the turf. Back of the head too. Don't know how he held onto the ball.

The effort by Ramsey to get his arm under the ball is amazing. That alone was worth this game.

I think it touched the ground, but I agree with Romo that it definitely wasn't clear enough to overturn the call on the field.

Unless the Jags offense plays way over their heads, the Steelers are going to destroy them. Ignoring the previous result from October of course.
The Steelers gotta find a way to score against that monster of a defense first. I think a lot will depend on the weather. If the weather should make it difficult to throw, I think the Jax might just make it. Power run and a great defense can get you very deep into the playoffs. While Bortles is obviously horrible, the Jax have a chance.

The Ravens did this in 2001 - upgraded from Banks/Dilfer to Grbac. It didn't win them anything and that was with arguably the best defense ever assembled. And it's not like Grbac was garbage back then, he was pretty good with upside and coming off a 4100 yards passing, pro-bowl season.

We shall see what happens in 2018. I just hope it's no fecking Eli Manning. I can't handle him fluking another SB win somehow, someway.

I agree with Ware, the Jags D is legit and capable of winning a game by itself.

I do fancy the Steelers though.

This is the equivalent of one team missing a tap in on one end to conceding a goal on the counter as we so often see in our football.

And that tackle is a red card stopping a goal scoring opportunity in football.
