Lot's of over-hyped commercials, over-blown half-time show, I'll eat and drink too much.

Having trouble picking on this one. Just for fun I'll go Falcons 35 Pats 27.

This, but Patriots by 4ish
31-27

I think it will be close too. 37-33 Falcons

The Pats usually like to take the opposing offensive's big weapon off the table, which will obviously be Jones, but I don't think it will work since they also have to deal with Sanu. Plus Jones is the prime of his life right now and the best receiver in the league. That said, the Pats have the best QB and coach ever and always bring an incredible game plan in.

Falcons D sucks. I know Beasley is getting a lot of attention...but, Brady and the Pats are methodical and that's exactly what Atlanta can't handle

Atlanta’s defense allowed the fifth-most first downs in the NFL this season (358) and the sixth-most points per drive (2.2)

Atlanta had one of the worst D's in the league - Pats will go on long drives - keep the explosive Falcons O off the field and when they do get on - have them playing catch up and playing under scoreboard pressure.

I want the Falcons to win - but, Pats to win by 10

There's been a cock-up an my Matt Ryan jersey is stuck in a warehouse somewhere. I'll be wearing what i hope is my other lucky Falcons top though.

#RiseUp

34-28 Falcons. Jones with a 200 yards, 2TDs performance.

Matt Ryan to be awesome, but with a chance to win it late in the game. 3rd and 7 at the Pats 15. They opt against passing to Jones who has been almost unstoppable and run a draw. The play is stuffed, the running back fumbles, pats recover with 30 seconds left to secure the win.

Weird scenario that could never happen right.

:D

Wow the Hall of Fame choices were just horrible this year. Ladainian Tomlinson was the only one I think was a surefire choice. Terrell Owens and Alan Faneca had a better resume than the rest of the class.

So Matt Ryan deservedly crowned season MVP.

Here's hoping he has a better Super Bowl than last year's MVP did!!

12 or so hours to go, starting to get a little nervous now.

Does the NFL network have any pundits who aren't babbling idiots?
The standard of NFL pundits in the US is much much higher than the rubbish we have here for our main sport.

WRT that video, I didn't really care much for the arguments, just thought Irvin was funny.

First good result of the day. Don't let me down Pats

Played my first 90mins of football this morning, and in centre mid as well. Going to need a nap or won't make it til the end

I'm torn on this one; the Pats have so much more experience and, even though grossly overrated by stats, a competent defense. But the Falcons are a speed mismatch for them all over the field.

I'll take the Falcons in a lower scoring game than expected, 27-24. The Falcons will jump ahead in the 1st quarter (the Pats have never scored in the first quarter of a Super Bowl) and force the Pats to catch up.

So I like the under on the spread, the coin flip to land on tails, and Snafu for MVP.

Think it will be a very tough game for us. Atlanta has so many options on offense, Matty Ice is on fire & it's going to be difficult to stop them scoring big. One of the things we'll have to be careful about is them getting a big lead, like they did against GB.

Protecting Brady is going to be important. I think we can score on that D, but we'll have to give Brady the same protection he had against Pittsburgh. Also, it'll be important for Blount/Lewis to establish the run & not just expect Brady to have to throw it on each down. We can't settle for FGs, have to score TDs or it might end up like the ATL-GB game!

Head says Atlanta has too many options on offense, heart says Brady/Bill will come good. I'm going for the Pats to win 34-31.

Also, expect a miracle catch at some point (probably 4th quarter) from an Atlanta receiver.

Shame she's got to do her own music at HT.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing if she will do something anti-Trump. Apparently Fox will have a 5-second delay for the HT show. They're probably worried Gaga will say something about their beloved leader.

Censorship ftw!

I'm hoping for a Gaga Drumpf diss and the orange one promptly reaching for his smartphone to retaliate.

Pretty much how I'm thinking. We need to run it and manage the clock.
