How would you guys rank today's WRs? Is AJ Green in the top tier with Brown/Jones/Hopkins? Where do you rate players like Thomas, Beckham, Megatron?

AJ is 100% in the top tier IMO.

AJ, Julio, Beckham, Bryant, and Brown make up the best of the best for me. These are the guys who do the extraordinary normally. Although Bryant hasn't had a great season, he's undoubtedly still a top play maker.

The likes of Hopkins, Watkins, Thomas, Robinson, and Marshall make up the next tier for me.

Megatron has looked past it for most of this season unfortunately but in his day was no doubt at the top tier.

Some of these tight ends nowadays though should really be in these conversations too, and Gronk, Olsen and Eiffert have been pretty spectacular.

All just my opinions, though I'd like to think I'm in a fair place to judge as I watch every game every week on game pass! (I'm basically an NFL addict).

Wow, did not expect to wake up to this result when I went to sleep at halftime.

Yeah. Cinci desperately need that week off more than the Broncos to get Eiffert and Dalton post-season ready. The crazy thing is Denver could end up with home field advantage, a bye, a seeded wildcard or even be a wildcard team depending on W17. AFC playoff seedings are incredibly tight.

Green Bay and Vikings will be very very interesting though, not least because by the time that game is played, we will know where people will be seeded because it's the prime time match. I find that very strange personally, but TV trumps logic.

Did you see the Vikings Giants? Literally the amount of condensation coming out of their mouths looked like a huge puff of shisha.
I didn't, no, it was like that in Denver though, think it was about -10°, I can't imagine playing football in that.

It was -17F and it felt like -12F, that's the equivalent of -8°C and -11°C yeah. Don't know how they cope with that, if I'm outside playing football here and the temperature is around zero degrees, my hands almost freeze off.

Chip Kelly fired.

I'm not surprised by this. His off-season moves this year have not worked out at all.

If Brock O. becomes an elite QB, I think that second half will be a seminal moment for him. He really stepped up against a good D.

I'm quite happy for Brock, this unassuming guy just comes in and takes over from Peyton Manning pretty amazingly all things considered. Quite surprising how he's done it. Plus his name reminds me of Pokemon.

Kelly's sacking, not so surprising.

I guess they did it like us with Moyes. They mathematically can't get the champions league anymore.

Should've won the Heisman.

I'm already excited for tonight. I've got some sympathy for the Jets but I'd rather the Steelers make the playoffs because they're the more exciting team on their day. The battle for the NFC North will be interesting as well and I'm curious to see what the Seahawks can do against the Cards (who admittedly might play for nothing if the Panthers win their game).

I'm interested to see what Green Bay and Minnesota do, especially if the Seahawks were to drop to 6th seed.

Also interested in Eagles Giants as the loser will be coming to London.

Jets and Bills of course will be interesting. I'd rather the Steelers go through, but mainly because I think the Jets are actually harder to beat.

And of course, I'll be hoping we can pick up the no. 1 seed, and hopefully Brady reaches 5,000 in the process!

Hopefully we clinch the #1 seed in the AFC. Denver getting it would be annoying as feck.

As much as I hate the Jets, I hope they win. Steelers will be a big threat if they get in, more so than NY.

See I see it the other way round. I think the Jets are built perfectly to cause us a problem. Against the Steelers D, we would score points all day long.

From the little of Stanford I saw, didn't they have a very good O line? I'm not saying that Derrick Henry's O line wasn't good, but a lot of McAffrey's big plays came with the help of his dominant O line as opposed to being able to make plays despite having a poor O line.

I think that's unfair IMO. Whilst he might have had a good O line, you don't just break these records because you have a good O line. Not to mention, he makes yards in all 3 - passing returning and running. In some mock drafts, Henry isn't even considered the best running back prospect in the draft.

OBJ coming to London would be  Maybe I'll try for some tickets if it's not crazy expensive.

It's a shame there's no chance on earth of NE losing tonight.
Bet you thought the same when the Eagles paid them a visit ;) But yeah, chances are next to none unfortunately.

That means nothing, Henry is a great NCAA running back but he isn't suited to the NFL, at least he isn't the prototypical n°1 back, that's why he isn't high in the mock drafts.

Hawks have injuries everywhere but half our (already poor) OL are out with a rookie starting and we're down to our third string RB who's on his third team for the year. The WRs have also had a few injuries.

..I would just take getting through it without any further injuries. I worry Wilson is going to get killed with their blitz and our Oline.

Well it's naive to say it doesn't mean anything. In terms of winning the Heisman? Probably not. But I'm sure Henry aspires to be a success in the NFL and in the short term, a high draft pick. On that basis, I'm sure Henry would prefer to be a successful NFL back rather than an NCAA wonder only. In that sense, it means something.

Anyway, taking out the mock draft comment, I still think it should not be Henry's.

That's only my point and according to some mock drafts he should be in the first round or thereabout, which is fairly high for a running back.

Would you guys take Brock or Peyton in the play offs?

Do you recon Manning is done in Denver? Done in general?
It's difficult to say without knowing properly what the situation is with Manning's fitness.

Brock has done a very good job IMO, and if the receivers had been on their game more frequently he'd have been getting big praise from more corners. I think it'd be very harsh on him to drop him now after what he's achieved with the team, but if Manning is genuinely at 100% then it's a tough choice.

Personally I'd start Brock I think. If things aren't going well then maybe give Manning another shot.

That's been, IMO, the biggest weakness for Seattle. Everyone was talking about their targets, but really the O Line just hasn't held up. It ties back to your lack of running game relative to previous years, which naturally takes the sting off a pass rush.

Arizona are slowly taking the limelight. Amongst the flashy lights of the Panthers potential unbeaten season, the best team in the NFL, at least IMO, snuck under the radar.

Sorry to disagree again:D but I'm fairly sure that the Cardinals are universally seen as the best team in the NFL, even when the Panthers were unbeaten.

Fair enough.

Yeah he is rated highly. You don't win the Heisman without people taking some notice. I was just saying that in most drafts you'll see Elliot as the no. 1 RB drafted.
