Admittedly I'm a bit part NFL watcher but I've just flicked it on and Why the feck is one of the Packers recievers playing in a fecking hoody

Just makes him look like a complete moron

Way too easy for St. Louis, and against Sherman at that... Hawks need to pick up their game.

I love this Cards' offense. Deep throws, big OL so you can run when you need to. Takes lots of risks.

Kind of the opposite to the Pat's dink and dunk. Or ManUtd's offense......

Well we've been rubbish. Run game non existent. Come back soon Beast mode.

Also, NFL refereeing is horrific.

They should pull the mercy rule and let the clock run. And the national broadcast should switch to the other game. I don't know why they don't know why they haven't already...

Total domination from Arizona. Packers were manhandled.

Packers got annihilated. Not sure why we didnt run more especially with Lacy. Dude had a good start and then we didnt see him again. Until that drive we got points.

Same ol story, OL looked weak (and injured). And nothing was done to get added protection. Every down was a tough fight, yet we gave them up so easily. Dropped catches except for Jones. Rodgers overthrowing at times or making bad throws at times (mixed bag for him).

It was mind boggling how long we kept Rodgers in the game for with the number of hits he was taking with the game already over just after the second half started.

Anyway, next week is important. Lions at home. Offence needs to get going.

Good win for Cardinals. They look playoff ready all over.

Good luck charm. TBH, he has played better with it on. No biggie.

Also who had Seattle, Patriots, Steelers and Carolina all losing today?

Well, the Rams always play well within their Division; their defense is built for it. And the Pats are running on fumes at a couple key positions.

I'm just surprised Ryan Mallet beat the Steelers. They were looking like a sneaky good Super Bowl pick.

Yeah, but all four to lose, wonder what the odds for that would have been.

So Falcons at home to Saints.
Cardinals host Seahawks.

Am I right in thinking Falcons take the spot if its two home wins? Or do Falcons have to hope Vikings lose today and then next week to take their spot?

I thought the Seahawks already clinched a playoff berth last week?

Next week's Packers / Vikings matchup will decide the NFC North. But the winner will likely host Seattle and the loser will likely travel to Washington. I think I would rather travel to Washington, which could create some perverse incentives.

Agreed about the bold, especially for Packers right now. Will be interesting.

I don't think Falcons can make it as they already lost to the Vikings?

Well it's slightly confusing.

If Vikings win the division (which means they would have to win both games, Green Bay would be the 5th seed and Seattle 6th as Green Bay beat the Seahawks and so Green Bay would end up against the Redskins.

If Vikings lose both, they would be the 6th seed as Seahawks beat them and so Green Bay would be playing the Vikings.

If Vikings win today and lose on the last day or the other way round, and Seahawks lose next week, Green Bay ends up against the Seahawks. But if the Seahawks win, it'd be the Vikings at 6.

Weird one!

Guy on redzone said they are alive.. just. Think they are still in the hunt and require a win next week and Vikings to lose today and next week or something. Im sure nfl.com will put up the playoff scenario after todays game anyway.

Yeah, its slightly confusing (well more so on the different outcomes depending on results). But oh so fun :)

Still in the hunt and I think they can take Vikings position if Vikings lose twice hence why Vikings havent secured it yet lol

I don't get it.

Not only did the Vikings best the Falcons, they have a better divisional record?!?!

I don't get how commentators still get Adrian Peterson's nickname wrong.

It's worse than them still calling Memphis as Depay.

JPP's hand never bothered to look up what it looks like without the cast on but feck its mangled and a fecking warning to those not experienced in using fireworks

What do they say?
They call him AP all the time. His nickname is AD, has been since he was a kid. Stands for All Day, as in he could run over people all day.

It wouldn't be that bad, but no one else gets called by their initials. It's clear they haven't done their homework.

It's only the first year I'm really following the NFL but I've read both AP and All Day numerous times tbh. Goes for other players as well: AB, AR15, OBJ off the top of my head.

Well I mis-spoke as there's some others. Especially when you get into 3 initials like JPP.

But it's not like Peterson is difficult to pronounce. And it's definitely AD. I went to school with the guy.

As I posted that, the official NFL Instagram posts a picture which says "AP vs. Everyone"

I'm with you though, Peterson is an easy name and All Day is way cooler anyway.
