Oh fecking hell.
ESPN said:The San Francisco 49ers had just piled up a franchise-record 621 yards Sunday, 20 more than their combined total through three games last season.
They pounded the Buffalo Bills by a 45-3 count, bringing their two-week scoring differential to 79-3.
They had become the first team in NFL history to reach 300 yards rushing (311) and 300 yards passing (310) in the same game.
They had produced a 300-yard passer (Alex Smith), a 100-yard rusher (Frank Gore) and two 100-yard receivers (Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis) in a single 49ers game for the first time since John Brodie (323), C.R. Roberts (107), Aaron Thomas (131) and R.C. Owens (107) did it against Chicago back in 1961.
Almost the perfect performance from the Pats for 3.5 quarters.
Offensive line very good, the running game excellent, the receivers (Welker in particular) good and Brady very good. They couldn't cope with the tempo of our offense. Defense good again and got a couple of turnovers.
Bolden, Woodhead & Ridley look a very good combination at RB. Add to that one of the greatest QB's of all time with the weapons at WR & TE - the offense has a nice balance to it.
The last 8-10 minutes of the game were very sloppy and poor, however D came up big at the end with the fumble recovery.
The call to go for it on 4th & 5 was really, really, really stupid and could've cost us the game.
Wow!!!!!!
RG3 with a big run.
Seattle with a TD to take the lead. Same issues with the Pats secondary as last year.
Feely missed a short FG to win it having made a 61 yard a minute earlier.
Momentum with Seattle. D needs to come up with a stop.
Did kolb get benched?
@AdamSchefter: Ray Lewis torn tricep - out for year and maybe career.
