He's 30 now, I actually thought he was still around 27. Injury prone, and just came off a poor season by his standards with 0 goals in the CL. He's another Alexis waiting to happen.

A focused Neymar obviously has a lot more upside than a Ronaldo who will likely be here max one more season.
But preference would be for Ronaldo to stay that one more season and for us to have neither Neymar nor Ronaldo beyond that.

Mbappe's re-upping definitely signalled him as their designated talisman, not Neymar or even Messi. As such, one or both eventually have to go, as there can only be One.

No chance he'd consider United but would love Neymar on a short-term deal even for the 25-30 games a season he'll show up for. He's still a world class player and looked like he's arsed and in form again the last few months of the season. Neymar along with Ronaldo would be pretty neat though as we'd finally have some creativity from the wing and hopefully they'd link up well.

I'd have to say Neymar. Biggest issue are his injuries but he'd be a brilliant option to have as a false 9 and probably could fit in with what ETH is trying to do. Even at his age, Ronaldo seems a lot more robust than him and provides a physical presence and theat in the air though.

So let me get this straight. We finally got rid of one virus, now we're trying to get another? And we're doing that by getting rid of our player of the season? 
Neymar? Surely the last thing we need is another superstar with a questionable attitude. His wages will be astronomical too. It's a firm no from me.

Virtually every position apart from GK is a priority. But realistically what centre forwards are available this summer? We've already got a short term fix in Ronaldo, we may as well stick with him for now, concentate on fixing some of the holes elsewhere on the pitch this summer and make signing a striker the main priority next summer.
Neymar is grotesquely underrated on here but his playing time has been severely limited by injuries for many years now, and he looked off the boil last season even when he was fit enough to play. Ronnie has his limitations these days, but at least you can reasonably plan around him being available for most of the season.
Cant really compare a 37yr old and a 30yr old. Different stages of their careers. I'd love to see neymar in the PL. However he doesnt have the standards that Ronaldo does.
