Ahh I thank you very much for this reply, this sounds like fun!
So can you pick anyone from the pre-90's in this example, from any country, or would it just have to be from this one?
This one is supposed to be UK only and a time period (think from 1980 to 1992). So players who have played during that time in the UK are eligible. Everyone else is blocked and can't be picked
Ahh right, that narrows things down a tad!

Can newbies post unlimited now? Auction drafts take a lot of posts up.
He only has 3 posts per day at the moment.
@TRossManUtd8 you'll probably have to team up with someone who has unlimited access. 3 posts would not be enough

Yeah i know.. At this point there in enough interest for both.. So doesn’t matter which one goes up first.. Fairly certain @Moby won’t care which draft runs first
I don't mind doing UK first. Then we can relax with an all time.

Interesting idea for sure. The issue is the pool of interesting players would be extremely limited. Your idea will reject a lot of players most of us don't know.
In the past, I tried to convince them to a opt for a "Losers Draft": players who never won a major trophy (World Cup, Champions League, Euro, Copa America....).

A reserves' reserves draft awaits for the purists.
Depends on your opinion I suppose. But from a spectator point of view, the endless drafts full of well known, great players is a bit boring.
That would also do the the trick I reckon. Would make it quite challenging.
