Found Broad's tactics a little bit surprising. Surely should've taken the two runs rather than taking three on the first ball of the over and exposing Anderson to the bowling(I know it was Williamson but still).
New Zealand are or at least were 2/1 to win, excellent odds. It's basically a case of Anderson vs New Zealand now (with a little help from Swann hopefully).

He was excellent in the away tests to Pakistan last year but lost his way a bit after that.

I thought when Strauss retired, Carberry would be given a chance. I like him better than Compton and think he would make a good partner for Cook. But England may look to move Root up the order when KP returns, in which case I don't see Carberry being given an opportunity.
