I don't know who it is, and what club he's from, but the clubs have apperently agreed and it's up to the player.

Just what I wrote in my initial post

I fixed some tickets for the British Grand Prix for a business associate of me who is working in a player agency, and he mentioned it when I handed them to him before.

I don't use Red Issue - don't like the Magazine and don't think I've ever been on their site..
