NCAA College Football 2016/17

That he got overlooked for Heisman consideration is a travesty.

Say it quietly...I also think he's a more all rounded back than the guy at LSU who I won't mention here...lol
Agreed. He's a heck of a running back. The game they lost vs Clemson this year he had 169 yards rushing and 4 TDs. Was an absolute beast.

I'm 6 hrs ahead of EST so I missed the game. What the hell happened?
Brent Venables laid the smack down on the Buckeye offense. Held JT Barret to 127 passing and -2 rushing with 2 INT. Held Curtis Samuel to 67 yards rushing with 64 of it coming off of 1 play.

Clemson's D combined for 11 TFL, 3 sacks, 5 PBUs, and 2 INTs. OSU missed 2 FG attempts in the 1st Quarter and then one of the INT was in the endzone and returned for 86 yards.

Ah feck.

Our offense has been overly reliant on the run late into the season (showed against Michigan too). For the interest of parity hopefully Clemson wins, although I'm not confident enough to put money on them vs Bama...

My heart says Clemson is peaking at the right time and will win a close one.

My head says its feckin Bama

These championship games where I despise both teams leave me rather conflicted about making an effort to watch.

Alright Tigers, it's time for a rematch with the Tide. They've built a damn empire in college football, but every empire to ever exist has fallen. You can be the David to their Goliath if you just go out there, believe, and execute. We are the underdogs and have nothing to lose. Go out and play your asses off and at the night, let's get us another national championship trophy! Go Tigers and beat the damn Tide!

Christ...just realized Watson passed for 420. Can't believe Clemson scored 3 TDs in the fourth quarter on Bama.

Virginia grad - so, definitely not a Clemson fan...but, happy anytime the ACC gets one over the SEC. And, best of all 'Bama

Watson is an incredible player - 2 brilliant championship games

Thank you.

I coached #10 Boulware in high school
You taught him to go four fingers deep didn't you?

Haha seriously though, I fell in love with college football a few years ago, mainly because of Clemson. There's something about Dabo that reminds me of Fergie. And last night was one of the most incredible moments I have ever witnessed.. that last drive was the kind of moment that you dream about as a kid.

 I taught 3, but he's taken it to a new level!

And yes, the last time we won a national title was in 1981, before I was born, so I've grown up with stories from my dad and granddad about that team and have lived through Clemson going from a top program to a mediocre one, and now we're back on top. It's been an amazing ride and it is EXACTLY what I dreamed of as a kid pretending to be Brandon Streeter or Woody Dantzler in the back yard.

Dabo is something else. He's a great motivator and he surrounds himself with top coaches. Brent Venables is the tactical secret to Clemson's rise to the top. We've got to do whatever it takes to keep him at Clemson.

Watson to Renfrow is now stuff of legend and one day I'll be telling my kids about that final drive. I'm still buzzing this morning if you can't tell!

Incredible game - definitely one for the ages.

Thought the difference was Clemson's passing game. Watson racked up over 420 yards where as Bama could only muster about 181. Once Bo Scarborough went down with injury, their backup RB and passing games weren't able to do any significant damage beyond the one long pass play. That imo was the difference in the 2nd half.
