NBA 2014-2015

He'll be back sooner. Once the swelling goes down (he had surgery on Monday), he'll be fitted with a mask. Only thing holding him back would be vision.

As far as matchups go, it's impossible to clamp Curry and Thompson down for 4 games in a row. They'll have their nights, but Mike and Tony Allen will make them work. The Grizzlies have the advantage in the paint with Z-Bo and Gasol, and Courtney Lee has been phenomenal against Portland.

Curry and Thompson won't face a tougher defensive wing unit than this Memphis team. And Marc Gasol has been superb inside. It'll come down to Z-bo like it often does with the Grizzlies. If he shoots it well and Jeff green steps up, I like their chances.

Wiggins is officially Rookie Of The Year. Only logical choice really, as I don't see Mirotic as a rookie. He is 24 ffs.

Billy Donovan officially named as Thunder coach. Not sure how I feel about it to be honest. Won't be able to make any real judgments until the all-star break probably (assuming everyone is healthy until that point). If he does fail though, and Durant jumps ship because of it, then Sam Presti will be the most hated man in Oklahoma.

Many say that American sports are the devil, and that is undeniably true, but my goodness they're dramatic.

Spurs got hit with the shenanigans at the end by the refs but CP3 was immense.

Terrible officiating. Shitty way to end a season.

Not a Spurs fan but wanted Duncan to get #6 :(

Not sure, it all depends on Dwight dominating the boards.
3 of Spurs' starters underperformed in this series, especially Parker. As long as yours don't, you should be fine. Consistent scoring from the starters and the bench will be decisive for the Rockets as well.

Harden vs CP3 will be entertaining.

I agree bench players could be key in this, especially Brew and Smith.

He still never won anything. Like I said, his BIG games were always few and far between

I guess the debate about Chris Paul's "superstar" status is over, for now at least.

Still hasn't made it to a conference final

Paul is a star because of his numbers, but he's not a superstar because he achieved nothing.

[The Clippers] don't have the ability to win a 7 game series

Disappointed that the Spurs are out. Not a huge fan of the Clippers but well done to them.

How come there's so many raptors fans on these forums, i thought i was alone following a dead franchise.

A fair number of canucks on this forum, and the Raptors have marketed themselves very well these last couple of years.

Definitely not a dead franchise, not with the attendance rates and social media traffic they're getting.

Amazing from the Clippers to win back to back games and take the series. CP3 and Griffin really stepped up. If only their bench was a bit better they would be favourites in the west.

Clippers bench step up though in game 7. JJ Reddick and Jamal Crawford hit huge shots, especilly the stretch when Paul went to treat his hamstring. When he got back in the second quarter, Clippers only down by 1. I think Clippers will win this in 6. Blake Griffin has gotten better and better every time I seen him, and as long as they can keep Chris Paul healthy, they'll have a very good chance
