Moyes So Far!

I'm actually angry, I expected the Liverpool game, I wasn't surprised by it. However tonight I thought I'd see a bit of spirit, a bit of the old United, what did we get feck all. Moyes has turned us into a mid table club. He can feck right off

Absolutely disgusting. This team reflects its leader: dull, insipid, gutless and tactically clueless. Did Moyes even get out of his chair after we went 2-1 down. Every time the camera panned to him he was sat there looking gormless and broken, again a reflection of his team at the first sign of trouble. He has brought his horrible record from Everton against sides that can actually play football to Manchester United.

This man is not cut out for this job and how our rival fans are loving the fact that the arrogance of our club will see him remain in his job.

Two 3-0 defeats against our biggest rivals! AND AT HOME!!!! WE ARE CHAMPIONS FFS!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm kind of broken now. Didn't expect to win against City, but we should have put up some fight. It's not about tonight's result, it's about our season, our league position, and seeing people like Mata already a pale shadow of himself.

I just don't see a way back.

Yes, and he's been in training since at least July.

It takes more than a few months to build 2 stone of muscle, especially whilst simultaneously doing cardio and building stamina.

Fletcher has looked very good on the ball since his return but he's still clearly some way off the pace physically.

Diabolical. 2 of those 3 goals were set pieces as well.

And 4 of those points coming against a side with no mental strength that we routinely smash.

I know how you feel Loon, Fernandinho said it was an easy game, an easy fooking game.
I agree with you as usual, Mata is a prime example :(

We can just be glad Leeds aren't in the Premier League anymore, they'd have come here and won 3-0 too. Disgraceful.

Guys relax, its the squad, we just need to give Moyes time to dismantle our team over the summer come on, get rid of the squad and keep Moyes, thats been the experts view of the situation all season, right?

yes...I think right now we can safely say that....
Considering 2 of them play modern football then it will be of no surprise to see us outplayed. Newcastle can be tough at any time, maybe that match will determine who finishes 8th?

Next November after he's spent £200m and he's still hovering around mid table I wonder if we will grow some balls and sack him. It's the most obvious thing iv ever seen, he's not the man for this job yet unbelievably he seems to be invincible from the sack.

What are you suggesting is wrong here? Was tonight a shock to you? I thought it depressingly predictable, frankly.
what is wrong is that United has won 1 game in 13 outings against the top 9 sides. And we still have to go to Everton, Soton, Newcastle.

This is the first time I've genuinely been angry after one of these results. It's not so much what happened, more that it's inevitably going to continue happening until sometime next season. At that point we'll have to try to reverse a season and a half of terrible management (with additional flaws that have been building for a lot longer). We're basically only halfway through this car crash.

Mate, it's even worse reading when you look at the results against the current top 10 teams.

Exactly. Every new manager needs to come in and dismantle the squad. Have his own set of 22 players before he can be judged.

Ducker is really putting the boot in tonight. Unfortunately, he is doing it using facts.

Even if he gets sacked, who would be the man to replace him? I think the only option would be to bring Fergie back to tidy things up again, get the motivation and drive back into the side. Is there even a chance that he could come back though?

Seriously not since Liverpool appointed Graham Souness has a big club made such an awful choice in manager......Moyes hasn't got a creative bone in his body......I don't think we have created a clear cut chance against a top team this year by playing a through ball from midfield.....We absolutely never looked like threatening City and created a couple of half chances from hit and hope crosses.....City could have scored 3 more......Appointing Moyes will already set us back a few years...Moyes will go down as Fergies biggest mistake.........Roberto Martinez is the man for the job...but I don't think he will leave Everton in the summer...I don't think Klopp will be available either.....We have a choice between Van Gaal and Pochettino.....I'm not sure either of them is the right man but at this point we can't afford to hang onto Moyes any longer.....

Record breaking Moyes!!!! If he's still a football man he should be tendering his resignation. Not shame admitting the job is too big for him.

The thing about all the money that he is meant to be given, do we really want him to build a team? I expect Evra and Rio at least to join Vidic in leaving. Those are obvious replacements needed. But I am not too keen on him keeping Young and co while getting rid of Kagawa/Hernandez + him signing players with no system evident at all. I don't want to give 200 million to someone who does not know how he wants to play still
