We really have to consider replacing him in the summer. I always defended him and said he needs to get the two years and then we see how it is going but there is just zero progress with this team. A lot of us have suspected for some time now that Moyes is trying to "Learn the United Way" with these line-ups, hoping that repetition will lead to some sort of understanding and/or comfort with the tactics. I could break it down but really it's just a huge intertwined mess involving all of his apparent sub-par abilities across the board, from man-management to tactical ineptitude.
