For £7-8m he's worth the risk but i doubt Newcastle will let him go for less than £15-20m

£15-20m is about right seeing as he's a France international. No way will they get 35m for him unless he goes to China.
Like others have said Sissoko is not worth as much as he thinks he is. Great tournament in France but he managed it purely because he rested himself all season at Newcastle. I hate players who turn it on when a transfer is in the offing. Good riddance.

Sissoko is not UCL club material. At best he is top 10 team material.
Agreed. His performance looked good in final mostly because rest of French players had lacklustre game.
Madrid in contact with him now, supposedly. What is going on? Have they not seen him basically not try for Newcastle for the last couple of years? A couple of good games in the Euros won't change the sort of player he is.
I wouldn't even say he had particularly good games in the Euros, he basically just ran around a lot more than the rest of the team.

I don't know which PL games you've been watching but Sissoko's always been one of Newcastle's better performers over the past couple of years.

To blindly go by Newcastle fans think is utterly futile: they are hobbled by years of bitterness and will always veer on the side of ridicule and ineptness. Any organisation run by Mike Ashley is automatically under a cloud in my eyes.
I'd like to see this player move and see how he much he develops in the next few years. He's a good player.

I would say Fernando Santos' tactic is at play to limit France most threatening players while leaving unproductive players like Sissokho with more space.

I base it on watching him, he is shite and on top of that a mercenary who didn't try a leg last year. A physical specimen with zero technical qualities, hope Madrid sign him as it would be hilarious. 11 goals in 112 games for Newcastle says it all.
Gravesen at least was impressive with Everton and Real Madrid needed to plug the Makelele hole. Faubert made no sense since Real was well covered in his position and Faubert was meh for Westham too (sound familiar with the one in this thread?!)

As I said it a year back bullet dodged for all except Spurs. Think everyone knew he would be a shite signing. Only a-few weirdos on here last summer were hyping him up due to his 'running around' performances for France at the Euros; everyone else knew he was utter shite.

I think he'd make a decent wing back if he could be arsed but he's easily the worst signing of the season. I can see Spurs still getting £20m, definitely a Palace or Stoke kind of signing.
He is just about one of the laziest players out there. He is awful. Newcastle fans don't even rate him.
