If Jude Bellingham signs for 30 million from Birmingham his brother Jobe who is an u14 wil surely come too as family will relocate.

Why? In the unlikely event he signs(and isn't loaned back) he won't go straight into the first-team, Ryan Giggs played in the FAYC when he was a first-team starter.
I suppose, meant that Billingham wouldn't play in Youth Cup for Birmingham - he plays regulary for their first team.
Yeah that's been confirmed, but you'd be surprised how often lads who regularly feature in first-teams at 16/17 who still turn out in the FAYC.
Unless they've changed the rules recently not sure we could offer a five year contract to a 16 year old even if we wanted to.
