I'd take him. We're so light up front that Martial picking up a knock is a huge problem, for crying out loud ... I'd rather have Memphis as an alternative than trusting Rashford through the middle. If he's up for it, why not? A lot has changed since his first stint, it's a different team now and he can hardly be more immature than back then.

Not sure how true, but I read that Casemiro’s salary will be higher than what it is this season if we qualify for the CL next season. That’s what the rumours of ”Performance-based bonus” is probably about. For others, I‘d imagine that they have a similar deal or get a 1 year waiver.

Worth a punt, especially when we need more bodies in attack. Give him one year contract with option to extend and let’s see. If he is a flop, he can just leave at the end of the season. If not, then even better.

I love this signing! Guy loves United and looks more matured than the guy who was previously at United. I think he’ll fit wonderfully in the ETH system and is a good option to have on bench. Martial, Sancho, Antony, Rashford, Depay, Elanga with Garnacho to support is a good attacking 7 to rotate in 4 competition and the hectic schedule coming our way
Didnt we have a signing clause with him? for future transfers we will get some of the transfer fee. So if we buy him we will get some of our own money back. Not the worst idea really. He is at least as good as Martial.
Memphis is better than people realize. His link-up play which is what we like about Martial is as good as Martial's and is less injury prone.
If the club publishes his albums, this transfer will pay for itself.

This would be a very smart buy, similar profile as Martial but less injury prone and had a good season back in France and not bad at Barca even. PL proven and he has matured a lot since his early days at United, can play across front 3 and most of all Cheap and for Juve Barca was willing to terminate his contract if we can get that we can get him for free even without that he is very cheap option to have as a backup in an area we need backup.

This signing makes a lot of sense. Let him battle it out with martial to see who starts most games for this season. Next year we can turn our focus to signing a prolific number 9. I just hope, if we do move forward with this, we do not give him a massive contract. Something like 120-150 a week on a 2 or 3 year deal would make sense.
If only he didn't rely on auto tune that made him sound like RoboCop on drugs, they could have been a worldwide hit.

The good thing is ...unlike Ole days...if ETH approves, nobody on the caf knows better just as all his signings have been terrific...more successful than anyone on here could have guessed. Who knew that getting a real manager could make such a difference...lol.
