Simon Stone (BBC) reiterating what Sky and Ogden have said, seems like the club have briefed that he isn't coming.
As we said, no transfer saga is complete without a proper 48 hour story. I have missed this feeling. This is muppet season, folks!Reddit update from the ITK is that Barca tried to jump in after their loss today, can't compete and that the deal with us is done. Expected announcement anywhere between tomorrow morning and 48 hours.
How can we possibly go to sleep.
It may just be his opinion. It's not exactly an out there view.
But he did write SAF's book. SAF who is famously not a fan of Raiola. Those two things may not be entirely unconnected, either. It's hard to imagine SAF was especially positive about Raiola when they were writing the book.
Pogba, Martial, Sanchez, Di Maria. All good signings in principalPeople on here need to stop thinking our club is competent enough to make a signing of this calibre.
There is no way this is happening. The signing makes too much sense.
Would be surprised, nothing ever happens on Sundays.
Sorry, I didn't mean an announcement from our end. More about leaking it to the media that we've agreed agreed a fee/personal terms.A Sunday before a bank holiday Monday? No chance this will pick up until Tuesday in the UK. Might hear something from Europe tomorrow though?
It's happening!!

I'm going to say it but we're getting fleeced by the sounds of it. All year banging on about wanting players that genuinely want to play for us and give their all and we're pushing hard for a 19 year old CB that turned down £250k p/w. Must really want to sign for us!
People are so fickle. Thought we'd have learnt after Sanchez. What's they old saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...".
A bit strange how everyone got the same feeling at the same time, isn't it.Stone is saying he has a feeling, not that we aren't interested.
Definitely off. Used again.
That was a defining moment in our history. If we had been pro-active at that stage, we won't be offering insane wages to teenagers now.I don't blame him if he chose Barcelona over United. Barcelona have been hoarding all the talents of the world to prepare for Messi retirement. And it's sad, when Ronaldo was sold, we got Valencia and Michael Owen in. Let's take a second to appreciate the ambitions of the Glazers.
Not really. If we've been used, we've been used to break Barcelona's wage structure so that's a good thingDefinitely off. Used again.

Stone is an experienced journalist and tweeted at the exact same time as two other sources. Someone has clearly said something, whether you choose to believe the club are just pretending the deal is off or not is up to you.
If De Ligt doesn't come, remove Rio from the DOF role/audition then!No deal then. Rio better block him on social media now
Amazing. In which 4D chess kinda way is that going to help us?Not really. If we've been used, we've been used to break Barcelona's wage structure so that's a good thing
