Probably wouldn’t look out of place routinely playing league 2 football
 
Didn't make any disaster today. That's my level of expectations for him.
 
Apart from his first 3/4 games for us under LVG he’s looked absolute shite. Annoying that he’s our back up right back and Fosu-Mensah is out on loan.
 
I liked the bit when Lindelof gave him the ball, and pointed, probably saying "go that way, that is the direction of their goal" and Darmian passed the ball back, saying "nah"

Then Lindelof crossed the ball for him in an act of pity.
 
He does his best. Thats all you can say I guess. Should be moved on in the summer.

I mean he doesn't really have any attributes that you could say he's even good at.

He just looks really unhappy and disinterested all the time. It's possible the poor guy is suffering from depression or severe home sickness. His grooming standards have obviously slipped, because theres no way he looks in the mirror and thinks those two ferrets climbing up either side of his face look good.
 
I think Joe Riley had two starts for us in his United career, both on the side he isn't used to playing on.

He has shown more in both of those starts than Darmian has in his entire time here. Why give him 90 minutes against Yeovil ? He is gone at the end of the season and plays like be knows that to be the case so just get shot of him now and give some minutes to a kid who might surprise you.

feck, even Lee O'Connor looks a better right back right now than Darmian ffs.
 
We need to ship him off and get a new RB to eventually replace Valencia. This guy isn't gonna cut it.

About as close to a 1/10 performance as you'll ever see.

Looked completely off the pace after 10 minutes. If you can't play properly that's one thing, but looking half arsed for 80 minutes after finally getting a chance is some next level shite.

Herrera ran himself into the ground to cover for him at times, god knows what would've happened otherwise.
 
How is this guy a professional footballer ? He must be laughing his arse off on the club each time he gets his salary.

What? He was part of a solid clean sheet. Intercepted a few passes, even found himself in the box a couple of times. Solid 6/10, definitely nothing less.
 
This guy must have won a raffle to be a pro footballer. What was LVG thinking with some of these transfers? Did he even scout the technical ability of his signings?
 
He did alright in fairness. Always has been much better on the right.
