What is it with Germans hating Manchester?
 
I am very happy that we will not be touching the two Dortmund targets this summer.
 
I actually wanted him here, but i am not sure he snubbed us. I would say we moved on to Otamendi and whatever is going on with Ramos. Could be that he coudlnt decide and wanted to talk to Tuchel first and see whats the future like, we moved on and so did he.
 
He's going to be one of those we'll only ever wonder about. Would he have been the player we needed? Or was his name going round for so long he just seemed like he was? I think it's highly unlikely he'll be a United player ever.
 
Quite glad personally. For what we would have had to pay his lack of pace was always a big concern for me. You can read a game as well as you want we saw with Vidic and Torres what happens when you play a high line with a striker with pace v a defender lacking it. Ramos is a better player and more suited to the PL if we can get him.

To be fair to us humourless Germans, at least half the people on the Caf usually don't get subtle sarcasm. I actually feel much better about it since I joined here, because many English people don't understand their own humour.
