2 man midfield
Last Man Standing finalist 2021/22
Weren’t we offered this guy by Atletico for less than that?
It's almost as if people forget that players get injured and we can choose to change half the outfield players mid-game every game if we wanted to.We need more than 1 player per position?
Correct - but I dare say we need to actually fill starting positions before paying high prices for rotational/back up players. We need more than 1 player per position?
Well there's absolutely no chance of signing Mbuemo so it's a pointless discussionCorrect - but I dare say we need to actually fill starting positions before paying high prices for rotational/back up players.

Why?
Brentford are a selling club. It's their entire model. His manager said there's 0% chance he's sold this month for starters, the fee would be beyond our reach too I imagine.

I think the discussions got muddled because it turns out Cunha hasn't signed his new contract yet, so there's a chance he could be attainable now, Mbuemo would only be in the summer if at all. I'd prefer Cunha tbh, he looks exactly what we need.I'm not sure anybody mentioned signing him in January at all.
I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility, though Brentford's +1 option makes it a bit more difficult which I didn't realise they had until just now.
Disagree - I think he's a physical pace merchant and doesn't have the guile or ability to play in tight spacesRafael Leao is the dream for me.

They would sell if a good enough offer came in I think. They might sell Wissa though, I'd imagine they're very reluctant to lose them both in short order.

Assumption for me is at 10 with Bruno in CM or Amad RWBWhere would he fit in there?
Sorry I meant Arsenal who have Odegard and are hunting a striker. Unless he plays on wing or they change formation.Assumption for me is at 10 with Bruno in CM or Amad RWB
Oh right, sorrySorry I meant Arsenal who have Odegard and are hunting a striker. Unless he plays on wing or they change formation.
I really hope we Gazump them straight after agreeing Gernacho fee.
We don’t have the money until we offload. This much is obvious. No need to go over the board.Disaster if Arsenal sign Cunha. Unreal how bad we are in the transfer market.

Yeah Leao is basically just another young version of Rashford but without the pure ball strikingDisagree - I think he's a physical pace merchant and doesn't have the guile or ability to play in tight spaces
Not his best position though, and Arsenal need a striker. They've tried Havertz up front and it hasn't really worked, and now lost Jesus who's been playing up front or wide. Cunha's best position would be Odegaards, so hopefully we can still get himHe can play as a striker.
Bruno has also been playing CM, Amad has been playing RWB, even if both were our first choice 10s there's still plenty of options to accommodate all 3 in the same side.I mean, I'd freaking love to see him at Utd as it would be a big boost to creativity in our attacking players. But I just don't see it happening because it looks like maybe Amad and Bruno are going to occupy the 10 slots (with Mount figuring if he's ever fit).
Yes!
