It is but do you really expect us to score or concede more than 5?
*cough*

Yup. Sort of like 3 days to the game..Or maybe just a 24 hour countdown. This way, we won't really be having a fixture list on the site, and this would help people to track the timings as well, because most of the people visit this site on a regular basis for United related stuff.
*cough*
Yup, something like that.So you mean a box on the homepage saying:
Next Match
Sat, 26 July 2014 @ 9:06pm
Manchester United vs AS Roma
etc....
?

Yup. Could be a few hours, or maybe a 24 hour countdown as well. Would bode well on the homepage. There is something like that when the match is in progress but I was considering having it show up earlier, a few hours before the game probably.
By the way, will there be a place where the points of the lineup game are recorded and you can check the rankings and stuff? Or is it planned?
Brilliant, thanks a lot!Yes it's coming soon. I put it on the back burner until there's some data to show.
Nice work with the new match day features. Would it be possible for an option to skip the rating phase of the 'player ratings' bit and just see the results, like you can do with polls?
Wow it looks fantastic, is there a way you could include assists and clean sheets for GK's and maybe defenders under season stats? I think people would care about those stats more than yellow cards and subbed on/off.
Assists are now included in matches and player profiles.
Thanks to @paulscholes18 for providing the assist data. He's going to help out with collating the assists during the season. Wanna help out Nanook?
I wonder if there are any free APIs out there that give the information you're after but doesn't need to be manually updated or anything.
http://fantasy.premierleague.com/web/api/elements/180/ have an API, interestingly. A RedCafe fantasy football game built in to RedCafe, anyone?
Yes an (free) API for that stuff would be sweet. Haven't done enough research into it tbh, so if you come across anything let me know.
Bonus issue, I got 2 (two) in lineups game. Please ignore friendlies, for me.
2 issues.
1.
2.
Live updates only showing from 2nd half onwards atm.

I predicted an entirely different team. How on earth did you manage that? Who did you predict? I got 10/14.

Wondering if there was any thought to putting the navigation bar thats at the bottom, at the top as well like the other threads.
This one....
Not that it really matters but for some reason I automatically scroll back to the top and navigate from there, might be because I'm a bit of an idiot mind.
https://www.redcafe.net/match-day/ ??Is there any way after a match to see the results of the MotM vote and player scores without actually voting yourself? For instance, if you haven't seen the match but are interested to see the collective Caf opinion.
The match thread header is already a bit crowded so I removed the top breadcrumb trail, would rather leave it removed.

Ye, bit of a pain if you haven't seen the match though. You only see the results after voting.

Maybe make it visible after voting ends?
I'll be adding an opt-out option for MOTM and player ratings voting so you can skip your vote.
I want to avoid Groupthink as much as possible in these results
Would it be possible not to post the score of a game on the side of the homepage when the games are over? I'm not too fussed personally but I think people who can't watch the games live and don't want them to be spoiled might find it somewhat irritating.
