The club probably loan him out because the club felt he needs to get out of England for at least a season to cool down the hates and he needs a full match fitness.

But that’s because I know how my family would react, and in reality my family would react differently to how the girlfriend and her family reacted. So the question you should ask yourself is If the victim feels nothing towards but still in love with Greenwood now, why should other people care more and feel something? The one who got involved don’t care, why should I need to feel something towards people who don’t care? It makes zero sense for me to feel bad towards her and her family when they act like this actually didn’t happen.

For most of its life it was pretty chill, then near the end because some people were upset that it existed and that he was starting to perform well they did their best to derail it (even gloating in the general united thread about doing so) and it got closed (again with said posters gloating about its closure). This thread for example in general is a lot more chaotic than the loan one was. All the loan thread needed was those derailing it to be banned from it and it would have been like any other player discussion.

It was far far worse. I'd say the modding effort was about 5x more than now. We thread banned many posters on both "sides" (which is a manual hassle in of itself) and that helped very little. Which is why it needed to be shut.

I actually think playing for this Getafe team will work out for him in the long run for the simple fact that he has to get involved in their general play there (often coming deep) because, otherwise, they don't do much.
Here, whilst we're not great ourselves, he could afford to drift out of games and still get a chance because we had the likes of, Martial, Rashford, Bruno, Pogba, etc at different points in form. At Getafe, there's no such luxury, and, as a result, he's already becoming the teams focal point which should elevate his general play to the next level. He's already trying to dictate things in a way he never did for us.

Probably the wrong place to talk about this but I think that very much depends on what part of society you’re talking about. For example politically it’s been moving globally to the right. Not a great thing for society
