I'll be shocked if Jose Mourinho ever names him in another match day squad.

I've never known a football player so stupid.

Moyes has ruined us. He actually did sign Fellaini. It's not all Fellaini's fault here, he's never going to be good enough for a big club.

That Everton cnut ran into him. Plain and simple dive.

But carry on with the vitrol and abuse towards him. I hope some of you read the last few pages and feel ashamed. This has gone far above simple criticism.
1. Fellaini was moving, not the E c
2. It was definitely a dive, but he didn't have to play it out - he anticipated Fellaini's movement and just waited until the mop crashed into him in front of the referee

Leon Osman on Sky: "When Fellaini played for us we wanted him as far away from our own box as possible".
This statement tells a lot about Osman, not Fellaini.

Besides, Fellaini at least managed to play for Manchester United (under three different managers, two of them are well decorated). What did Osman exactly accomplish?

annoying thing wasn't like he was fatigued and desperate. Just come on fresh as a daisy!

He even allowed Holgate another chance to head a ball away, after the latter had cocked up his clearance, by standing idly admiring the kid's jumping form.

I will probably be the odd one out but I feel bad for Fellaini. It was a poor challenge but to throw him on when we already know he is clumsy was a complete joke of a decision by Mourniho.
You'd hope a professional footballer would know not to be clumsy in his own box though...

He shouldn't have done that, but it didn't look like a penalty to me.

It's very annoying when we've shown the door to far more talented players over the years that we've give this liability three seasons at the club.

He symbolises the Moyes/LVG era and everything bad about United post-Fergie. Needs fecking off sharpish. I'm just amazed Jose sees something in him!

I dont understand how he survived two different managers, he must be like Zidane in training.

Sad thing is all of us new this was going to happen as soon as he started warming up. Like a badly scripted Sitcom no one laughs at.
When he was told to sit back down we thought...dayummm that was close Fellaini was almost subbed on.

He has got to go.
Everyone knows he is a walking penalty why can't Jose see this?
Refs look for it. Opposing players look for it. The guy is a walking foul waiting to happen.

He should of never been on the pitch to begin with.

Just get him to f*ck after that.

One job. He had one job.

What do our managers see in him? Seriously, what the feck do they see?

He looks like a cnut. Sounds like a cnut. And plays like a cnut. How is he still here and getting anywhere near the team?

I just don't know what he offers our team. He was a nuisance at Everton, winning headers, intercepting passes, breaking up play. I just don't see any of this since he joined us. He's just an accident waiting to happen. Any time he is on the field we all wait for the foul, giving the feee kick in a position you just don't want one in. He is a liability and just needs to go.

27 million.
Mikhi was a bit more and was was leading the German tables of assists. Just shows how inflated the prem is and how much a mistake moyes was.

What is Fellaini's best position?

Does anyone actually know, he's awful as a defensive midfielder, average as an attacking footballer, what on earth is his actual best role?

How can a player who nobody can define his position, play for Manchester United.

I want to blame him, because its easy to do. But hes not the one bringing himself on with five minutes to go.

Weve now had three managers in 4 seasons using him in important times, and it hasnt worked out. I just dont understand.

Osman then rubbing it by saying he expected it and Everton would never have him near their own box, damn.

Seriously, his time is over. ridiculous how he gets picked over Schneiderlin
...or Schweinsteiger for that matter. Does as much damage to United as he does to the opposition. Sell in January if a buyer can be found. Rash and unreliable, today just summed him up, he had one thing to do, screwed it up and cost United a win. Clown.

He offers NOTHING.

What voodoo does he have over our managers?

It's not his fault. The level of abuse towards him just goes to show the cnutish nature of some.

I don't think he' good enough anyway and criticism is fine. The last few pages are not. Bunch of twats but no surprise there.

So you are upset that people are going overboard with their abuse of Fellaini which they may well be. But you then start calling people cnuts and twats yourself.

I'm not mad at him at all. He is what he is. It's like getting angry at an untrained dog for shitting in your living room. All on Jose.

Indeed, i'm more surprised he doesn't give more of these away, penalty waiting to happen every time he's in and around our box. Mourinho has brought him on two weeks in a row now, last week in attack and this week in defence. He's no good in either scenario, why he keeps doing it is baffling.

I would do anything to see the name Cleverley on the teamsheet rather than Fellaini, thats how bad he is.

Hapless, Hopeless and hideous. His departure cant come soon enough.

He had no business being on the pitch in the first place.

I'm struggling to direct any kind of anger towards him. The clown in charge, however...
My feelings on the matter, too. Bringing on Fellaini to defend a lead has never looked convincing yet José did it anyway.

I've given Fellaini credit when he's played well, and he's shown his uses (albeit limited), but everyone should know this wasn't the time for him. Especially our manager.

What happened to Fellaini could have happened to anyone. It's never easy for a sub to come on and settle straight into the game, especially a guy with such a big frame like Fellaini.

That said, I think the pen was soft. Gueye had lost control of the ball, and minimal contact had occurred once he lost it.

Who in their right mind would think that Fellaini is someone you can trust to come on and sit in front of the defence and keep things safe? He doesn't understand how to detect danger and is the most clumsy person in our squad. He's an attacking player who can also win the ball plenty, but he's always going to swing an elbow or bring a man down so why risk it near your own box?

I've defended him since he signed, he's not been nearly as bad for us as many people claim but now when we are finally showing some improvement and there is no room for him anymore. I don't want him anywhere near the team. Enough is enough.
