He’s worth more than 21m. Peoples dislike of him is clouding the reality of the situation.
How have you judged that from that clip? He’d absolutely destroyed the first defender for acceleration and he was nowhere near him until Rashford decided to stop nor would the second defender have got anywhere near him if they carried on at the same pace.
I remember that from the first match of the season. It just looked like a player lacking confidence and probably a bit lacking in match practice. It was the wrong decision but no real evidence of anything specific - certainly not a lack of pace.
I think you're confused. Your initial post said "called it" as though the source was credible (not just plausible). I just said I don't see how it's credible, never insinuated the plausibility of it. You did that yourself after.
There's no value in discussing plausible transfers, there's dozens of iterations of Rashfords destination.

£30m for a player who offers the team very little and is on huge money would be good. It also sends a message to the squad. I doubt the Arsenal interest is true though, they have already failed with a punt on Sterling.

21m is obviously too low, but something around the £30-35m ballpark isn't something we should scoff at considering the ridiculous wages he's on. Like it or not but we've priced out most suitors because of the ridiculous contract we've given him.

Yea that first defender was wrong footed a little, and couldnt turn to keep up with him. The second and third defender, obviously caught out by Rashford acceleration but had caught up with his speed before Rashford stops, and is the reason why he did stop.

We can't complain about not having funds for transfers and just give players away. We need to be better at selling.
