Shame we’re aren’t more like Brighton
Glad you recognise that.Yes, time and time again our rashford rose to the occasion and carried the club forward in the past. He is just that sort.

Disagree. The manager should open the door if he's willing to work hard. I don't expect that to be the case, but he should do it. Sends the right signal to the group.
Work hard, you're in. Don't, you're out. If he's gonna sit on his wages for the next six months there's no downside to trying to work with him.
Maybe he just doesn't rate him as a footballer? Even if, and it's a big if Rashford starts working hard on and off the pitch, he's still missing the basics in a system like Rubens.
IF he doesn’t go, that might happen.Sure. You're probably right. I don't think he fits it even when he can be arsed, but that's just me.
That still doesn't negate that the manager has to do what's best for the club though. We're short on attackers, we're short on goal-scorers. If, and it's quite a big if, he doesn't go out on loan, we'd be stupid to not at least try to get something out of that 300k a week outlay. Even if it's just an option off the bench that's a bit different. Our attackers are playing crap so we need to squeeze everything out of the squad we can from now until the end of the season.
It's a moot point though, he's off on loan.

But while window open, it’s the right thing. Rashford clearly has some problems to sort and that interview was just stupid … you can’t have players doing that. We’re sending a clear message to him and every other player, including academy ones who may look at him as the one to emulate, that it’s 100% club or nothing. In everyone’s interest for him to move on.
I google on his agency, and here’s a list of players currently under his management:I will never understand why players employ their family as agents. Get a fecking professional. How many clients does Dwayne Maynard have, has he ever facilitated a transfer?
Show me a shred of evidence beyond the stans in this thread that his PR works? It works though. Love it or hate it. So he's doing alright from business point of view. Even if nothing new comes up he's mint for life

Only if it's the exit.
But we want rid, they'd be doing us a solidWouldn’t respond to spurs like they didn’t to us for Bale
With family as agent/advisor I don't think there's any chance of that. IMmo, he needs a clean break and to get a new agent/different advisors.Hopefully Rashford would get a reality check on what the footballing world thinks of his last couple of seasons. In his cocoon he seems to have blamed everyone but him.
You can't have Rashford earning triple what Amad is earning.Disagree. The manager should open the door if he's willing to work hard. I don't expect that to be the case, but he should do it. Sends the right signal to the group.

Rashford, Casemiro and Antony need to be managed out of the club
I read your post. It doesn't "send the right signal to the group."read the context

If I'm out performing one of my peers at work whilst also working harder than him, I'd be livid if he was earning more than me, let alone triple what I'm earning.
Ok then.yep you're still lost
you're like a small child that's wandered into a movie

I just don't believe reintegrating Rashford into the group "sends the right signal." He's already downed tools and strolled about for 18 months. I think freezing him out "sends the right signal."
Apologies if I've misunderstood your opinion.
Tbf the manager did open the door when he dropped him, it was clear message, work hard or you'll stay dropped, and Rashford reacted by saying what he said to Henry Winter.
Amorim won't have planned to have Rashford for the rest of the season, and given his system is so hard to train, I don't see why he'd want to waste his time on making him a part of it.
Having said that Amorim won't have much choice I'd imagine espcially if Garnacho is sold.
Absolutely. His 'people' can spin it all they want, but if he's still here on Feb 1st he's going to look like a right plank.
Agree with you totally, he needs to be gone for the sake of his ego. Just FYI the transfer window closes on 3rd Feb, so I'm guessing it will come down to those last few days before something actually happens. His 'people' can spin it all they want, but if he's still here on Feb 1st he's going to look like a right plank.
Lot more buyers for Garnacho (for multiple reasons) though.Surely we'd sell this guy before we even think about selling Garnacho.
He’s also that sort where once he gets a streak of 4-5 games he will fall back on his arse thinking he made it. He will then post shite like 0.0001% on Instagram to justify his talent.Get him back on the bench and make him work. Give him a point to prove and you’ll see the best of him. He’s that sort.
Can't blame them. He's a backup forward. One of the fan channels saying Barca want him to drop his wages.
Might explain the delay and silence. Let's see how much he wants to play thereCan't blame them. He's a backup forward.

You should rarely leave a job if you don't have another lined up. Similar case here. You shouldn't be spouting off to the press in wanting a new challenge if you don't have another club lined up.
Will be watching this develop throughout the course of the month but methinks Rashford and his bros have potentially fecked this up already.
It's actually very similar to Ronaldo's Morgan interview. Ronaldo was deluded to think big European clubs would take him and his huge wages on. Rashford seems to think the same. Ronaldo ended up in Saudi. Not sure where Rashford will end up but he and his agents, like Ronaldo and Mendes, have massively overestimated his desirability amongst top clubs.Hopefully the fact that no one seems to want Rashford will humble him a fair bit and make him and his ‘advisors’ see that 1 good season over 5 seasons doesn’t make him a world class talent or even that desirable in the slightest.
I actually think Rashford saw his interview with Henry Winter as his Ronaldo/Morgan moment and that he’d have multiple clubs lining up to take him but unlike Ronaldo he’s never done it at the highest level and people have seen through his PR, there’s a genuine possibility that we’re stuck with him which is terrible for us financially but even worse for Rashford and his standing in the game and I think his advisors have royally fecked him.
You could say Ronaldo was deluded, Rashford was plain stupid to do the same thing after seeing it fail for the biggest sports star on the planetIt's actually very similar to Ronaldo's Morgan interview.
