If we get no other deal could we loan him to Kilmarnock or someone at our cost to just give him a get real message before the summer window?

speaks volume that our one of the highest paid footballer cannot find another club to play him in 4 weeks.

If he doesn’t accept the offer from another club and move on, he is basically saying that he has no ambition to get back into the England fold. Any players who genuinely wants to put football first, would accept a pay cut … otherwise he can take his £325k a week and effectively waste his career.

You mean all the clubs allergic to spending money decided that he's too expensive? /shocked.

Definitely that kind of player, definitely not one to cry to the media and say he can see his future elsewhere when dropped
If no one wants him enough to pay actual money then he only has 1 option-which given he loves the club and is desperate to get picked for England again then it becomes a no brainer for the lad. He has to toe the managers line and put in a shift.

If he loves the club, I can’t see why he’d do that Winter interview, at that moment, and say maybe it’s time for a new start.

He could let clubs know he’d take a much lower wage… to help a transfer through, help him get first football again, help him make a new start.

Get himself an actual agent might be a good start too.

he has had plenty of chances to make it looks like he gives a feck out there on the pitch, and hasnt done so yet. At this point it is clear he has an inflated ego, and if he doesnt move elsewhere seems to value getting as much of his paycheck as possible vs getting playing time. Never understood players in his situation. You have already made enough money youll never have to worry about it again (barring just absolutely stupid spending habits), but you only have so long of a career to make a difference. Even just 100k a week at this point in his life would continue to make him a wealthy person. Instead enjoy your paycheck and not playing for club or country anymore, and def will never be regarding as a world class player.

What a brilliant move by Rashford, well played, timeline:

* New manager comes in, demands everyone runs like dogs.

* Can't be arsed and continues partying late into the night and turns up in training lethargic, then denied it. Then has the cheek to do again and lie again.

* Does infamous interview saying it's time to move on, reportedly enlists a top agency to find him a move.

* Backfires, as hardly anyone is interested and the clubs that are cool it (Napoli, Juve) and AC Milan who went as far to start negotiations, pulls out and is going all out for a washed up Kyle Walker.

Whilst all this is going on, he is frozen out of all game squads. Hopefully this is a reality check and he lowers his demands.

I guess he's not too bothered about finding that new challenge, or getting back into the England team. But no one is surprised. His PR is blatantly bullshit. It's all about the money and the ego with him

I will never understand why players employ their family as agents. Get a fecking professional. How many clients does Dwayne Maynard have, has he ever facilitated a transfer?

It always seems a bit suspect and very unprofessional having family members represent players, not least considering the vast sums of money involved in agents fees nowadays.

Managed by both his brothers, Dane Rashford and Dwaine Maynard.
They represent a handful of others, mainly youth and lower league by the looks of it.

"Built on our core values of hard work, determination, and a drive for constant improvement, we are Europe's leading sports management organisation, trusted by athletes to help them achieve their dreams."

Six athletes listed on the webpage.
Their most well known client doesn't even represent the agencies core values

If he loved the club and wanted to play for England again, he’d have turned up and performed in practice all year and given a feck on the field. You’ve clearly drunk his PR kool-aid. He ain’t playing for England again and hopefully not us.

I genuinely wonder if the lack of interest from top clubs has been surprising to him. His interview with Winter reads like someone who thinks he's too good for the club and is ready to move on to bigger and better things.

The sentence before is equally laughable.

Hard work, determination and drive for constant improvement!! The complete opposite of their clients then

Hearing whispers of a merger between the two agencies.

Haha
The 6 listed clients

Marcus Rashford - brother
Cuba diboe- playing for Aberystwyth
Finlay Lockett - without club (good job lads)
Chantelle boye hlorkah - decent career in wsl
Brooklyn Genisini - National league south
Louis Maynard - brother. Looks to be retired

He really needs to end his ‘jobs for the boys’ attitude and actually get a proper agent/agency representing him

Barca seem like the only possibility in Europe now, unless theres a compromise on wages.
I can see him being effective for them.

Trying to get Fermin in return and even a punt on Ansu if its reasonable would be worth exploring.

Yeah but, as I said, that's not really a negotiation when you are dealing with a Man Utd that's handing out money like confetti.

All of a sudden he's dealing with guys who don't necessarily want Marcus as the centre of their project. Clubs who need to be persuaded to pay a wage he thinks he's worth and a transfer fee to United for the privilege of having him on the payroll.

It's a very different task. In my opinion, if Rashford's camp was serious about a move there should have gone to professionals to sort it. Rashford's bro hasn't got the experience to deliver on this.
That's not really true, his contract negotiations went on for months, United were desperate by the end to not let him ebter his last year unsigned

To be fair his brother is doing a good job. He's settled for life doing less than the minimum effort of being a pro athlete.

And as much as we hate it his PR works, he got years of leeway not many players get

Maybe he's lazy deep inside and only in it for the money, which is already guaranteed

They’ve only just got a court to overturn registration rules in la Liga so they could register Olmo?

Also, would he get in their first XI?
