Didnt track back for 95% of the game and the one thing good he actually did was when he did track back and took a yellow card by breaking up the counter. If you can’t make the passes, or putting others in goal scoring positions at least put in the effort. It’s been lacking for at least 2 years now.

I tend to agree if you view it in isolation but it's a vicious circle - constant underperforming players are protected from competition from promising youth players because of the toxic environment they are central to creating.
