I know he’s not in good form but he didn’t look right physically in that first half. Thought he might have been carrying an injury in the first half or maybe he was just knackered.
So using the word 'couldn't' I assume you are talking about today's game.
I think we all know he is woefully out of form but to suggest that when he is on his game he lacks quality and class just comes across as slightly churlish.
He is 21 and already has 34 senior England caps and 30 goals in 117 PL games .. pretty impressive I would say.
Over the last few years, he has rarely been "in form". There was the purple patch when Ole came in, and only sporadic periods where he delivered.
Welbeck and Heskey had quite a few senior England caps too, they weren't very good players. 30 goals in 117 games is not very impressive to me, his goal per mins ratio
is only barely better than Welbeck's ratio while Welbeck often was not able to get a run of games in a row.
Beyond the stats though, and beyond today's game, he has always seemed to have such a mediocre touch, and close control dribble. He is a far cry from the quality of Sterling, Sancho,
Mbappe, Bernardo Silva... and our very own James, Martial and Greenwood. He just seems to be so clunky and unnatural in his touches and movements with only his pace as his saving grace.
We all hope for him to come good, but … I see him as a very very average player, closer to championship level than the top of the PL.

I’m starting to feel like if he wasn’t from Manchester would he even be in the first team?
We build up these youth products as some sort of untouchable holier than thou players.
It surely goes to their heads.
The best we ever saw Rashford was when mourinho pitted him against martial. he needs competition and to know he’s not safe.
I hope those people realized football is also a game that you play with your head and "passion"/"Uniteds DNA" can only take you so far. There were people that actually though rasjford was a better player than Martial. what a scary thought. Im also pretty sure some still think this.

Before he got a new contract, maybe. Now i doubt we find any takers.Sell him while he still has a bit of value.

He's rated highly in football circles. There will be plenty of takers. Before he got a new contract, maybe. Now i doubt we find any takers.

He's been playing like that for over a year now. Doubt anyone can give the benefit of doubt regarding form. Think this is his level.Nightmare form he is in. If it's form only...
This run summed up Rashford, all pace and no brain. Not sure how he left the ball behind.
If arsenal can sell iwobi we can certainly sell him. Owen called him world class today. Arent Newcastle desperate for a no9? Spurs might be attracted to his potential?Oh, 'football circles', I see . Does that mean Everton? Not sure they're gonna put themselves into administration by coughing up the wages he's on now as well as a transfer fee.
Maybe it was deliberate cause he saw the oppo player nearing him, and therefore he wanted to cut inside a little bit more.

it was clearly obvious the bias was from a United academy/Nationality point of view. I mean isnt it strange that only our own fanbase think they are both equal talents? Rashford has the ability to be a good player for us but if we want to turn things around we cant have management thinking he is first team material. he should be second striker at the club behind martial when we have a good starting 11.I hope those people realized football is also a game that you play with your head and "passion"/"Uniteds DNA" can only take you so far.
