Absolutely spot on.So many bad takes. Every day a reminder why I’m spending less and less time on the football forums.

It's not the Scouts that buy players. If they weren't ignored so much we'd have a better record. At least he fights for the team and doing what he does the best, I wish we have more fighters like him in the team.
Our scouting team knew his strengths and weaknesses before signing, so its our mistake to bring him and expect him to play like a Pirlo.
Amad, Ugarte,Garnacho, Bruno,Yoro, Dorgu, Martinez and Maz are the only few players we can trust for next season and hope we can bring in 4/5 first team players to get going.

He's not the only player in that midfield.Nobody's expecting him to be Pirlo. But if you wanna play out from the back you need a #6 who is actually comfortable on the ball and start attacks. Think Nemanja Matic/Fabinho. They were no Pirlo/Xavi. They didnt need to be. But they were twice as good on the ball compared to Ugarte.
Ugarte's not a bad player. He''s a trier, so people will like him. But you have to be blind to not realise having him in midfield is a big reason why we keep passing it sideways and never get the ball to our forwards.
What was that talk between him and Tarkowski about?
So he wins incredible amount but exposes us a lot in the same time, how does that work? And yes, his 1st season and not having a different midfield partner every time is indeed relevant. It being his first season at the club isn’t relevant, he’s shown at Sporting and most recently at PSG how limited he is. It’s not his first season in football. It works at Sporting, it doesn’t work in Ligue 1 for a title winning team, and it certainly doesn’t work in the Premier League if you want to be a good team. Hate how he feels the need to dive in every challenge possible, yes he does win an incredible amount but at the same time leaves us exposed a lot. Happened at the Brighton game for one of their goals conceded.
Wasnt Maguire the one who hold on to him for a split second?Probably related to Young performing a 9.85 for the 'penalty'
We played with a three man midfield against Everton...He's a decent player, if we played with a 3 man midfield we would be even better.
