It’s not down to luck. Ten Hag made too many changes. When you have 5 subs it pretty dumb to use all of them before 80 minutes. That causes pressure with an injury to Licha. Game management in the end was shocking by the manager.

Starting to see a few issues with ETH, we seem completely unable to score more than 2 goals.

If we didn't kill them in the first, he should absolutely be instructing the players to go out there and kill them in the second. First 10 mins of the second, we should have ruined them. It should've been over. Yes, you can't legislate for a bad injury, that's pure shit. But, throwing away 2 late goals is bollocks. That's on him.
