We so badly need a Modric/Kroos in our midfield. We have nobody to dictate the tempo apart from Eriksen and his legs are gone.

I think we are playing okay, all things considered… early injury setback, questionable offside goal and facing a Madrid side that seems quite fired up.
We've missed like 3 very good chances. We are passing the ball well under pressure and have either the same or more possession. They have some world class players so yeah it's not easy to play against Vini, Modrić, Bellingham, camavinga. And they scored an offside goal. Why the bitching

Lots of praise rightly going to AWB for looking (generally) okay with the ball, but also think it's pretety obvious they're funelling it towards him, rather than letting Shaw/Garnacho get going.

Brilliant tracking back from Mount there but that was poor from Garnacho. Whole team in the box or thereabouts and he loses it trying to dribble on the edge of the box.
