Manchester United vs Lens (Sat 5th August, 12:45 UK time)

Know we know why De Gea stayed on his line.. with these defenders in front of him

If we want the keeper off his line, we can't be giving away the ball like that

Well well..

At least we get it out of our system early.

Something something "DeGea doesn't concede that"

Problem with a sweeping keeper, unless you have a very quick and mobile DM you are always exposed on the counter. Neither are the CBs quick enough to deal with this higher line. Not sure ETH has really thought this through.

Doesn't matter how quick the DM is when your right back plays a through ball to their striker

That's not on Onana before anyone jumps on him. That's how the manager wants us to play. That goal is completely on Dalot.

De Gea would’ve let that in even if he was stood on the line

United are looking alright here but the team are just riddled with daft errors. I really find it difficult watching them.

Not really Onana's fault though. He was supposed to be there. He could have stayed in goal but that's not how the team want to play.

That wasn't on Onana at all. We should never be losing the ball that deep in our own half like that

Now you keep your arse in the fecking penalty area, Onana.:mad::mad:

Dalot playing that pass like an idiot as well.

On Dalot rather than the keeper, if we’re going to play a high line the defenders can’t give the ball away so sloppily.

Our right backs are trying their best not to be starting against Wolves.

Chipped twice in three games is not a good start for him. Dalot with a shite pass as usual didn’t help but still, I can see it happening a fair few times more this season.

People think fullback isn’t an issue…

Dalot is absolutely useless. He just needs to go.
Time and time again he gives the ball away.

To be fair, that was fecking shit by Dalot. He's shite in possession sometimes.
