ETH had to be sacked, but his intention — terrorists have an evil plot — wasn’t the problem. He saddled us with some shit players like Antony and had poor man management skills. Year 1 was actually very positive, but he should have been relieved of duty after the FA Cup win after a dire second season. The players gave up on him, but understandably so.

Year 1 was a fluke. Everyone around us were having poor seasons, and let's not forget we shipped seven goals at Anfield that season.

He's an intelligent player, an enabler who provides the other attackers rather than feeding off them.

He's as selfless as Amad is and both nearly got ruined by Ten Hag.
Correct. Writing off players when they're badly managed is wrong. My main prediction is that Amorim will make Hojlund flourish. If you watched Gyokeres yesterday, who has been one of the most in form strikers in Europe this year, he looked like a Sunday league player. That's because we have our very own portuguese Ten Hag now.

ETH was such a poor communicator too. Always delivered his lines awkwardly and anxiously. I honestly felt underwhelmed by his opening press conference but put it down to language barrier alone.

Richard Keys was saying pre-match Juve are interested and he will personality drive Zirkzee.

I love how much space and players in space there are when we are on the wings for the cut backs in this system.

What are the advantages of 4-2-3-1 over this? I feel this system provides a perfect balance and should be a staple for most clubs.

Zirkzee didn’t become Serie A young player of the year for no reason. He’s a player with immense potential and while adapting to a new league and system takes time, his talent is undeniable. Patience is key.

One good season doesn't guarantee success. Pato and Pastore were also former Serie A young players of the season and neither really progressed from there.

I hope you're right, but one good season doesn't mean progress is inevitable.

He makes the right decision 100% of the time. In a squad with low IQ players like Garna, Rash, Dalot, etc. its so refreshing to see.
Absolutely right. High quality decision maker.

Our squad has too few players who have quality decision making. This includes Bruno, Rash, Garna, Amad at times, Case… too many mavericks.

That goal was like 90% Amad; great work ethic there.
