Manchester United vs. Crystal Palace

Kagawa was in Japan, so he is probably bolloxed from the travelling. Lets hope we see him during the week.
I've never really understood this emphasis on how taxing traveling is. It's not like he's sitting in coach, crammed between two fat people with a kid kicking the back of their seat the whole flight. And they played on Tuesday right? So that's a few days to readjust to time zone.

I'm by no means Young's biggest fan, but as long as he's wearing a United shirt, I'm obviously going to hope that he proves me wrong and plays well when he starts. I don't get all of this anger from some posters on here, support the fecking lads.

I agree but be careful, you'll be accused of being a Top Red before you know it.

I usually go to the pub to watch the games so I still haven't got the hang of these streaming sites. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

The moaning re team selections really is reaching new lows I feel.

We have a big, much tougher, game on Tuesday. Surely it occurs to you guys that the squad will be rotated.

I think the issue Carl, is that the rotation will take place meaning that the players starting today will have a much better chance of starting the derby. I would have preferred Nani starting today with that in mind, I also enjoy watching him play. Therefore having Valencia and Young is a bit of a let down, the bench looks fun though hopefully we'll see Zaha and Januzaj.

One thing I was unsure over about Moyes was the rotation. At Everton even when they played Europa League he played the strongest team in PL, EL, FA, CC and never rotated. So it's good to see he rest Welbeck and Nani today because it will be needed with all the games we got.

I never like seeing Young start he is just so underwhelming, I don't want a long ball game.

I think the reason people are moaning is because they really want to see Kagawa and/or Nani start and scoring goals, and against Palace they would have a better chance.

Then they see RVP and Rooney in the team and think 'well hes not exactly resting the big guns for Palace'( rightly so)

Then they see Valencia and Young there again and it fuels this concern that Moyes prefers them over the other two, combined with Young being pretty much abysmal most of the time, I can pretty much understand some of your frustrations. Fairly sure you will see Kagawa Tuesday though, unless he has the flu really bad.

They just moan regardless, but yeah, I can understand people wanting to see Kagawa and Nani start. Neither of them are in the squad so I'm not sure how people can be convinced that Moyes prefers those two. It's a game against Crystal Palace, with Champions League in midweek. Both will probably feature then unless the illness Kagawa has (from what people have been saying here) is so bad.

Some were worried about how Moyes would do with rotation and he's doing it at the right time. My line-up in the line-ups game is a bit fecked now though but it seems to be the case with most.

I don't agree. We play Tues and Sun. That's a big gap.

I expected the squad to be managed today in anticipation for Tuesday. When Sunday rolls around it'll simply be our strongest side.

I don't have a problem in the slightest if people don't agree with a player starting, it's the anger/hate towards a player that confuses me. It's ridiculous.

We'll see Carl... we'll see. I'm going to grab some breakfast while Warnock is on, what a numpty.

Hope anderson does well, i have given up on Young.

Bit disappointed Young is playing but he's part of the squad so guess he'll play plenty of times. Not really sure what to think of Kagawa and Nani not being included at all. On one hand I'm hoping they're being rested for the CL on the other hand given Welbeck and Giggs haven't been included makes me think they'll play and not sure how you could play both of them plus those two, and with neither Fellani or clev playing there's always the chance Moyes might opt for a three.

Surprised at Rio and Vidic as well, was certain that Evans would play today for Rio and then he'd come back for the CL game. Really hope we start well, get comfortable and can get Zaha and Januzaj on, plus good chance for Hernandez to get of the mark as well for the season.

So I just realised that the pub at the end of my street shows the football. No more shitty streams for me anymore.

I think this'll actually be one of the times where we see Young in good nick. Got a good feeling for this game. 3-1.

Let's just hope players like Young and Anderson play well.

Do you have any positivity towards him with the knowledge that Moyes has been working him twice as hard to build up some sort of fitness?

Actually looking forward to seing Young and Valencia. They are both great footballers when they find their feet, and today is a great chance to help them find some form and gain some confidence. Great to see Fabio at right back as well, prefer him compared to Jones at RB, and I always love watching Anderson play, wether he's good or not :D

 we've gone in opposite directions. PM and ill tell you a site if you don't know already.

I still haven't figured out why Ashley Young is at Manchester United, let alone why he keeps starting games ahead of vastly superior players.

It'd be hard enough to comprehend if he actually was the best option we have, because if that was the case the first priority would surely be to buy or find someone better.

It's lke buildng a plane and deliberately makng one of the engines shitter than the other even though you have loads of spare, really good engines

Why is the BT Sport online stream so far behind the TV channel? fecking stupid reading things on here and twitter 3 minutes before I witness it. Means I'll have to ignore them during the game so nothing gets spoiled

Neil Warnock on Holloway

"When he came up with Blackpool he almost revolutionised management for promoted teams with the way he set his teams up, they had a great attitude, they played some great attacking football, it was a real breath of fresh air ... I know they got relegated - it almost worked - if they'd just went a bit more defensive they would've pulled it off ... he's been saying in the last few weeks he's learned from last year, he's set his team up a bit more defensive"

:wenger:
