I really hope Tevez starts..

I can't make my mind up if I prefer Fletcher or Anderson on the bench (i reckon one of the two will miss out). Fletcher is a big game player and Anderson is still young, so I reckon Fergie will lean towards Fletch..

Anderson can't handle pressure? It's been a while since I've seen such a young lad rise to the occation when it matters. He seem to have no respect for the opposition players, and that's why Fabregas and Gerrard are neatly placed deep in his pocket.

Andy gray made a very good point yesterday, if say Joe Cole has the ball in the wide areas, and looking for the cross, Carrick/Hargreaves/Scholes will need to watch Ballack and Lampard, very very very very dangerous with these two playing.

I've just canceled my switch/debit card, reckon I left it in the machine. Then again, I'm sure I didn't. Anyway, must've have been looking for it for an hour before deciding to phone them to get it canceled. Thankfully, no money has been taken out.

feck me, I had a decent amount in my account. . . could've been an interesting day.

Anyhow, it's on.

1735: News reaches us that there might have been a bit of trouble at Gatwick after that cancelled flight which left more than 200 Chelsea fans stranded in London. Here's Nick Morrow from Glasgow: "All hell broke loose for a short period of time but I have to say the police did a decent job of controlling it, they weren't aggressive, and by and large people behaved quite well. I've spent, well, the cost of the ticket, the charge for my ticket was £680. On top of that I had my match ticket, return flights from Scotland which have now cost me £200, a night at the Gatwick Hilton hotel which was £140, and I just feel at the moment like I don't even want to watch the game. I can't believe it's going to happen without me being there."
 
I'll be watching the match on my Brand new 54" Plasma, some idiot left their card in the machine this morning so I went down to my local Currys and bought it straight away. Happy Days.
 
I hope tonight doesn't compare to that slow drip-drip sense of doom that most of us experienced as the minuets ticked away back in '99.

Christ, that was crap night until the last few kicks.
