From the way he's behaved in the games he's played, he is more than a bit rash, he's a dirty fooker, some of the off the ball stuff has been nasty. but he's our dirty fooker so love him. the teams been missing that edge since Herrera left.
Yeah I was just being a diplomatic calling him a bit rash :D todays game could be volatile which is why I'd prefer a more experienced head than Williams.

He reminds me a bit of Heinze. Another dirty fooker but as you say our dirty fooker.

We rarely take advantage of other teams losing points.

Saw the Burnley match, pundits fawning over City but I noticed that this team is relying on wonder goals/hit and hope outside the box. Their luck is bound to run out eventually.

As long as we put in a solid defensive display and don't allow some of the more goal-shy players like Mahrez and Jesus to score against us, we should get at least a point.

Never know. Just hope he gets the lineup right.

Rather we went with a fresh Tuanzebe today.

    De Gea
    AWB Tuanzebe Maguire Young
    McTominay Fred
    James Lingard Rashford
    Martial

Would be alot to ask of Greenwood and Williams away at City.

Lindelöf has been very good last few games. Throwing in Tuanzebe away to City while unsettling the CB partnership wouldn’t be wise.

    de Gea
    Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Young
    McTominay Fred

Big call to put Shaw back in but the right one imo, Young can't play 2 games in 3/4 days and a big ask of Williams

Think I would have preferred Greenwood over Martial though

Am confident we'll do well. City are have a quality side but, defense can be got at and Jesus is no Aguero.

We need to be targeting Angeline like a shark smelling blood! James, Rashford and Martial should all be going at him from minute one.

    Aye, thought likewise.

Still, if we’re pressing for a goal and Martial is having one of his off days, not a bad option off the bench.

The game is usually won in midfield and looking at City's starting options I'm quite concerned. :nervous:

Citys defence is right there for us. If our widemen can keep their FB pegged back then Rodri has a lot of ground to cover..

Minus pogba this is our strongest 11. Let's hope we at least give it our best shot

Shaw starting surprises me. He looked shaky in his last start, came on as a sub last game and was ok. To be fair Young looked alright last game but I guess we're probably looking for some pace and attacking sense to nullify their full backs.
